  Rebecca salad is so simple: greens, apples and pears and red grapes, walnuts and sunflower seeds, and chevre. I got it without the cheese, with a side of balsamic. It was delicious and just what I needed for a mid-afternoon snack.

  I ordered a cortado and was served a flat white with foam / small cappuccino. A cortado wasn’t on the menu but I asked the server if they can do it and was told they can.
  Coffee was pretty ordinary. Drinkable but not really enjoyable. I didn’t finish it. Aside from the ratio being wrong the coffee was bitter and thin. It wasn’t a dark roast which is good but either poor beans and /or poor execution.
  The rest of my group enjoyed their various teas.
  I didn’t try and of the baked goods but it has a good looking selection that all looked good. Atmosphere is college vibe.

  My first choice for early AM coffee, croissant or scone, and relaxing with other Woodstar Cafe customers before the day starts up. If I am back in the area around lunch - a good choice for a great sandwich.

  My baguette-loving son has said, “This is the best baguette I’ve ever had. It’s not even close.” Woodstar food is delicious. Be prepared for lines and close quarters in the cafe, because it’s very popular (for good reason).

  The food here is genuinely good, but the staff are consistently rude and dismissive. I’ve called twice to confirm a pre-packaged product was available, then drove over to buy it, only to be told they had it but wouldn’t sell it unless it was in their pre-measured packaging. The interaction felt snarky and unnecessarily rigid. It’s disappointing, because the food is worth it, but the attitude from the staff on this occasion and others makes it likely I won’t go back.
