  ​⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Excellent Find!n​We found this place randomly just a short drive off the highway, and what a gem! We tried a bit of everything: the Chicken Napolitano, the chicken croquettes, and a breakfast sandwich. The chicken was cooked perfectly. For dessert, the chocolate bomb and flan were incredible.n​We brought our own bottle of wine and paid a very reasonable $20 corkage fee. The food is excellent, and we even got to chat with the owner, who let us know she is getting her beer and wine license shortly. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

  We had a wonderful experience at Two Bistro & Cafe in Quechee, Vermont. The restaurant offers a delicious mix of Argentine and Brazilian-inspired dishes, all beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The atmosphere is warm, elegant, and beautifully decorated, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a special meal.
  What truly made the experience unforgettable was the spectacular attention from the owner, who made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our visit. The desserts were absolutely amazing, and the coffee and pastries were the perfect ending to a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend this hidden gem if you are visiting Quechee

  I had the BEST latte here, and an amazing creme brûlée. The inside was so beautiful. I can’t wait to come back!!!

  LOVE this classy new place! Beautifully decorated and a breath of fresh air. Generous portions of excellent food. Perfect coffee in the morning with gourmet breakfast treats. Everyone should try the yucca fries!
