★ 5We came here for the first time last night. It was right down the street from our room at King Pine Ski Area. It was nice not having to drive 30 mins to Conway for food. It looks nice a night from the outside, the inside gives you that rustic and old vibe. It’s small, I think there is like 12 seats between the bar and tables. But it’s cozy. The bartender was nice, and attentive. We ordered some apps and the 2 specials of the night. The chicken piccata and shrimp scampi were delicious. The apps were as well. We were actually surprised. It may have been the best meal we had in NH this whole week. If your staying at king pine, or in the area passing through. This is worth a stop.

★ 5Amazing dinner this weekend. We had the Crab Rangoon Dip, Butternut Squash Ravioli, Shaved Steak Sub, Apple Cranberry Salad and for dessert Chocolate Lava Cake with Ice Cream. Yummy! Beautiful place and the staff is wonderful. Definitely a must try.

★ 5We stayed at Purity Springs and Traditions is part of the resort so had to try it. The fried green beans were delightful. We had the porkchop and steak tips and both were delicious. The prices were so reasonable; we’ve spent twice that price on food that’s been half as fulfilling. Our waitress was welcoming and friendly and service was super fast. It’s got a nice feel to it as well; we ate in the bar area. Warm and cozy in the snowy winter evening. Highly recommend.

★ 5Great quality food and service. I had the special beef chili and the mandarin orange salad. They don’t have a wide beer draft list, but the ones they do have are delicious and local.

★ 5What an amazinngggg experience we had at Traditions!! My husband and I decided to elope this past weekend, so we reached out to Heidi at Purity Springs Resort to see what she could do—and boy, did she deliver!
Traditions was closed that day, but they opened just for the two of us. We walked in, and the tables were set with white table cloths, music playing quietly in the background. Chris showed us to our table and immediately poured us champagne. Coming from an industry family and having been a server/bartender myself for nearly a decade, there’s no question in my mind that Chris is a veteran server. She didn’t miss a beat. From drinks to our four-course meal, we were never left waiting.
The chef made us one of the best meals I’ve ever had in my entire life. I grew up in an Italian-American household, so I’m very picky with my Italian food 🍝. Not only did I have no complaints, but I haven’t been able to stop talking about how amazing everything tasted. The pasta was perfectly al Dente, the chicken parm was equal parts crispy and juicy. I believe that the chef (I really wish I knew her name!) was the events chef and not the everyday chef, but nevertheless I expect anyone cooking here has been vetted and is talented. Thanks to the two-women team that gave us a night we’ll never forget—it truly means the world to us!
