  Wonderful, clean, quiet and relaxing. We visited the area at the beginning of May, so avoided the summer rush. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool every day, the arcade, and the restaurant! Real maple syrup with our pancakes! The staff was friendly and full of information about the area. The room was comfortable, our 5 yr old greatly enjoyed the roller chair! More reasonably priced than other places in town! We won't stay anywhere else when in the North Country! Our thanks to the Labnon family for having us as guests!

  Let's start with the food; I was very surprised on the quality. The chef knows what he is doing. The service staff and everyone there were so nice, and accomodating.
  The rooms; the one I had was very roomy, beds were comfy, very clean, good TV that had easy access to HDMI for your games and such.
  The pool was large and super clean. They have a steam room! And a sauna. Hot tub was a great bonus. The have a super little game room.
  Lounge: Entertainment on Saturday night, great drinks and bartender, pretty good sized.
  Parking: plenty of it.
  Staff: everyone there was very North Country friendly, and helpful.
  Bottom line, this was a great surprise, and I will be back this Summer with the grandkids. Can't wait.

  I've stayed here a few times. The prices are reasonable and the rooms are clean. The walls are paper thin, however. So if you're looking for an intimate moment then you best keep it down. On one of my visits I could have sworn I heard a pig oinking. When I went outside, sure enough, someone was walking a pig on a leash. I've never encountered a pet pig at a hotel before. 🐷 On the upside, pets are allowed.
  
  The restaurant used to be very good but I was highly disappointed on a recent trip. I got the prime rib and it was so salty I could barely get it down. And the cut was very fatty. I had a bread dish full of fat by the time I was done. Also, both my wife and my meals were not hot. It just wasn't as good as I remembered. If you need a place to crash for the night you could do worse. I wouldn't recommend it for an intimate getaway, however. Unless you're partial to oinking

  Great views breakfast was awesome, pool is nice sauna and steam room are clean. Arcade is small but still fun. Very clean. Attractions around are very close and kid friendly.

  Bottom line got overcharged by $40 for room that is advertised right on Travelocity for lower price the guy checking me in Chris said that it was room with singles for that price. After paying I double checked that it was exact same room. When I got to my room there was a swarm of flies and UNAlive flies right on window sill. I showed him, the manager Troy pictures of the situation and said I would not want to post these online. He said go right ahead and gave me an expired breakfast coupon for my troubles and I wound up getting a room with a balcony, no flies this time!!! I asked if I could also have a dinner coupon and Troy said no. The clerk at the desk could have fixed this and made it right with a breakfast coupon. Oh and Troy works in the kitchen and I lost my appetite that he may have gotten anywhere the food and left the restaurant it’s good I have snacks.
  
  So bottom line:n- they did not price match online advertised pricen- don’t care about their reputation based on their own wordsn- give out an expired breakfast couponn- if they don’t care about me getting best room how much care would be for younn2 stars seems about right … I say 1 star how did they get such positive reviews I don’t knownnNow it is two stars because the manager Troy price matched Travelocity.
  
  Found my appetite / courage and ordered haddock fingers crossed. The hostess has been fantastic five stars for her.
