★ 5We decided to go here for Christmas dinner and glad we did! The lobster bisq was full of lobster, the turkey dinner was to die for while my aunt and wife had the prime rib and we couldn't have been more pleased. The service was next level, the chef brought us our meals and it was just the perfect meal for the holidays. No dishes was a bonus lol

★ 1First time here for a birthday brunch. 8 of us. As we were placing drink orders, we were told no separate checks(strike #1). Then I had to keep asking for coffee refills (strike#2)....and it was only our table and another table of 2. We asked for a mgr to see about splitting the check. They said the most they could was 4 checks. We thought 8 of us = 4 couples and we were good with that. When the checks arrived, it was evenly divided by 4 and a 20% gratuity. One of the persons said no, this wouldn't work because her bill was higher because she had several cocktails and didn't expect the rest of the group to pay for her drinks. Ariana, the mgr, was very nice and red the checks again. It was a fiasco. We were told their computer system couldn't split checks. Are you kidding me?!! It took us as long to pay ou checks as it did to place our orders and eat!!! Kudos to Ariana, but the restaurant needs to get a new system fir their orders. Never had I been told that a restaurant couldn't split a check!!!

★ 5Located in the Hotel Zaza..the Tipping Point was a nice way to celebrate an early Valentine’s. Their food was tasty and excellent portions(not too big not too small). We loved their Aquachile appetizer, surf &turf, and chocolate decadence cake. The drinks were delicious too. As far as seating you can sit at the bar, at a booth, table indoors, or outdoors by the pool. On certain nights they have live music. Overall we had a really great night.

★ 5Stayed at Hotel ZaZa and the food was top tier. Ordered the Crispy Buttermilk Chicken with Mashed Potatoe, Green Beans. The Salmon, and The Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Everything was yummy. The chicken breast was perfectly seasoned, and was juicy. The cocktails were delish, and on Saturday night they had a live band, nice relaxing touch to dinner.

★ 1Thanksgiving menu was a fiasco. Cold, overcooked turkey and sides. Same for the pork option. Desserts were just blah. Very disappointing dinning experience.
