  Deepika was excellent in customer service. She made the order process go super smooth. Thanks to her and hats off to her for the exceptional service. We need more people like her.

  Employee full of frustration and anger.
  
  Friday night around 11 PM, I went there for a hot protein latte. I’ve ordered protein latte many times before this same location, so I know the taste is different from a regular coffee.
  
  The employee just added an espresso shot into milk and made the drink within seconds. I immediately noticed something was wrong. I took a sip right there, and it tasted like regular coffee, not a protein latte at all.
  
  I politely told him that it didn’t taste like a protein latte and asked if he could remake it. He became very angry and started arguing with me. He kept insisting that the drink was correct, raised his voice, ignored what I was saying, and even told me to “come tomorrow.” He turned the screen toward me showing the receipt and repeatedly said, “See, that’s what you ordered.” I don’t understand what he was trying to prove.
  
  When I asked again to make a another one, his behavior became even more aggressive. He came forward toward me, widened his eyes aggressively as if trying to intimidate or start a fight, and then went to remake the drink while throwing things around in frustration.
  
  The second drink still tasted terrible, but I didn’t want to continue arguing.
  
  Before leaving, I told him this was not acceptable customer service and employees should not treat customers this way.
  
  He already seemed frustrated before I even entered the store. Management should seriously work on staff behavior, customer service, and proper drink preparation.

  I didn’t know her personally, but I noticed her name on the name tag — Priyanka. She provided excellent customer service, was very polite and quick, and made my visit to Tim Hortons really pleasant. Employees like her deserve appreciation!

  While waiting patiently in line to purchase a coffee, I observed a situation that I found both unfair and unprofessional. A man, who appeared to be from India, was standing behind the rest of the customers in line. He walked past everyone and approached a staff member who also appeared to be from India. He requested a coffee and was served immediately, despite not waiting his turn.
  
  After receiving his coffee, he was allowed to pay ahead of the line. During this process, an elderly gentleman who had just begun placing his order was asked to step back so the other customer could pay first. This created confusion and made it seem as though certain customers were being given preferential treatment.
  
  I believe all customers should be treated equally and served in the order they arrive. What I witnessed did not reflect fairness or professionalism, and it was especially concerning to see an older customer inconvenienced in this manner.
  
  I hope this matter will be reviewed to ensure proper procedures are followed in the future.
