  5-star experience at Theo’s Cozy Corner this morning. Owner Theo came from Brazil in 1989, started working here as a dishwasher and bought the business a few years later. Smart man, great little corner. (Note: I asked him his story, he’s attentive yet will leave you alone if you don’t want to chat.)nnThis place is clean, the menu variety is plentiful without being overwhelming. Prices are extremely reasonable. Food is fast, high quality, and tasty.
  
  I’ve found my go to breakfast spot when I’m in the area, I’ll be back!
  
  Of note, bring your debit card for the ATM next door. Cash only.

  This small place is an absolute delight. Five tables and seven stools, it isn't big but delivers a big meal.
  
  The morning we were there we had to wait about 10 minutes before the four stools at the counter opened up and this was indeed a breakfast and a show. The griddle and main area for the staff is right there and we were able to watch a groddle-master at work. A constantly turning-overmpile of flattop cooked potatoes, along with a steady stream of eggs and other hot items being cooked up and wafting the delicious smells into the air.
  
  Our meals were big, but able to finish them, thought the amount of potatoes on the plate was quite a bit. Two eggs over hard, wheat toast, potatoes and a mug of black coffee is the all-American breakfast and it was done up right.
  
  Coffee was never cold and never more than half-full, the waitress was really on top of things and a steady stream of locals either picking up breakfast or coming in for the tables.
  
  The wife said her OJ was really good and everyone joyed their mealsnnHeads-up that this place is cash only.

  Emphasize cozy! This restaurant has such a family environment which is what we look for. Service was outstanding and the food was perfect. Food was made exactly how we requested. Because of the size of the restaurant there may or may not be a wait. Luckily we were seated within 2-5mins. We will definitely return!

  An absolute must when in Boston. Located in a good and convenient spot. The food is amazing - the taste is great and the portions are large as well. The atmosphere is great; you are treated like family. Was not too crowded when we went during breakfast, but I recall there being a little bit of a wait - so worth it though. As a NJian, I think this place may beat any Jersey Diner

  We had an AMAZING experience! Everyone welcomed us and our kids in like family. They made room for our stroller to get inside, made special Mickey and Minnie pancakes for our kids, entertained our kids, and talked with us. Food was excellent!! Will definitely be coming back next time we’re in the city!
