★ 5Love this place! Great menu, so much choice. Prices are really reasonable. Breakfast sandwich is delicious. Cookies are also amazing!!! The maple cream cheese is STUNNING. So good!! We bought two one day and three another day 😂 Would personally recommend highly over other coffee shops locally.

★ 5Incredibly smooth coffee and the most brilliant gluten-free breakfast biscuits my fiancé and I have ever had. Incredibly warm, soft, and a texture so good we almost wondered if it could really be gluten-free (the whole kitchen is, though!). There was a bit of a late breakfast rush around the time we arrived, but everyone was able to order and be served remarkably quickly, and even with a full house, it was a quiet enough environment to be able to talk comfortably--no harsh acoustics interrupting the vibe. There were also plenty of seats to go around, including some picnic tables outside. My fiancé loved the aioli and I thought the pepper jam was delightful. And of course, we both appreciated that the lattes could be ordered with local VT maple syrup 🍁 We definitely want to stop back here and try their potato bun breakfast sandwiches next time we're in town!

★ 5Forget the coffees you have had so far. Here, you step out of the car and the a breeze of freshly roasted coffee enchants your senses. It is the best coffee I had in the U.S.! So good that we had one before and shortly after the hike. Definitely recommended.

★ 5The is the best coffee shop and roastery ever. They understand the balance between the art and the science required to make world-class coffee. Personal tip: get outside your coffee comfort zone and try one of the wild coffee pour-overs and let them take you on a coffee journey. Try the coffee hot, warm and cold and explore how it changes and expresses itself differently along the way.

★ 5Such smooth coffee and attention to detail at this cozy coffee shop right outside the Stowe downtown. Great Sugar Shack and Maple and Cardamom Latte. Both are a tad too sweet, but they’re so creamy and made with local maple syrup, it’s worth treating yourself. Wasn’t as much a fan of their GF biscuit, but I’m not gluten free. Shoutout to Alyssa who was so generous and helpful with drink recs and town excursions as we explore Vermont on our trip! Also, those little stool seats are deceptively comfy :)nn5 stars!!!!
