  We had the opportunity to eat at the Left Bank during out stay at the Weston and the experience was extraordinary. The top quality ingredient selection, the creativity behing every dish and the wonderful and attentive staff made each night unforgettable. The staff was amazing, friendly, patient and very accommodating to the dietary restrictions of the group (which included some non dairy, non gluten members). They made special dishes for them, modified many and even had at least 3 unique desserts each night for them to choose from.
  
  It felt like Christmas morning every time we eat there thanks to new, innovative options both on the savory and sweet selection. Chef Brett Combs even came out to explain the dishes we were having and to make sure we were satisfied. Fresh Oysters that were perfectly briny. The BBQ creole shrimps and razor clams give you a sensory visit to New Orleans, the French Onion soup is like visiting a Paris Bistro, and the fresh Swordfish or Steak a Poivre complete a bold and well balanced offer. We ate a total of 6 nights and each one was a delight with something to discover. Will be definitely returning

  We came here after a snowboarding day and was amazed at the ambience, service, and food here. The restaurant has a warm lighting with a cozy atmosphere. The hostess and our server, Jessica, were very friendly and accommodating. They were very attentive at refilling our water and when asked about the safest path to get back to our hotel due to the snow and ice, they printed us directions with two options for the safest way or the fastest way to return.
  
  The food was also delicious. They started us off with complimentary herb dinner rolls. They were absolutely delicious with the whipped butter. The daily special cocktail and oysters were also great. The burger complemented well with the onion jam inside and the peppered steak was cooked just the way we wanted it. The fries were also perfectly flavored and crispy. Every dish and side were tasty. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and I can’t wait to return next time I’m in Vermont!

  I had such a great experience at Left Bank Restaurant at The Weston. It’s honestly one of those places that makes you realize how special the food scene can be even in a small Vermont town.
  
  The setting inside The Weston is beautiful—super cozy, elegant, and intimate. It feels like the perfect place for a long dinner where you can really relax and enjoy the night.
  
  The food was incredible. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. You can really tell they care about the ingredients and the details. It’s the kind of meal where every course impresses you more than the last. 🍷nnThe service was also fantastic—attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Nothing felt rushed and the staff made the whole experience feel special.
  
  I would absolutely recommend Left Bank to anyone visiting or living near Weston. It’s easily one of the best dining experiences in the area and definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Excellent dining experience! Staff was amazing! Love the decor and overall feel of dining in the historic Weston Inn. Menu has everything you need! We enjoyed the chicken and the burger. Burger was perfectly cooked and the fries were some of the best I have ever had. Amazing Au Poivre sauce. Great wine list and deserts.

  Had a lovely anniversary dinner with my boyfriend here and it was divine! Atmosphere was perfect to get dressed up for date night. Food was delectable and so was the dessert. Staff were friendly and so fast with the service! Will definitely come back for more to try new menu items!!
