★ 5My husband and I decided to stop at the Eggshell Restaurant on a whim, and we’re so glad we did! He had the Irish Benedict and Biscuits and Gravy and said they were the best he’s ever had. I got the special pumpkin bread with eggs, and everything tasted so fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

★ 5We stopped in at The Eggshell Restaurant for breakfast. The restaurant is set for “Seat Yourself” casual dining. I must say, they make a great pot of coffee and all of the food was delicious and generously portioned. We enjoyed eggs served with bacon, sausage, Texas toast and perfect homemade home fries. A side of corned beef hash and a tall glass of OJ rounded off a great meal.
Our Server, Kelsey, was very pleasant and attentive; and we appreciated that the food was served promptly. Gabby, another Server was also helpful.
Well, would we recommend this restaurant? The answer is… Yes, absolutely! We plan to return for some more good eating! Also, reasonable prices. *Restaurant closes at 2 pm. -

★ 2I did a take out for my birthday also my first time ordering there. The girl at the counter was very nice. Absolutely great service fast and nice. The food though, it was ok, not bad not good just ok. The portions were very small.sherred potatoes were mushy no crispy to them, but a fair amount. The home fries were a literal handful. The eggs bennies were very basic and the sauce was meh. English muffins were bearly toasted. Again service is great. Food and portions per price is just meh.

★ 4This unobtrusive restaurant in a Loudon strip mall has been on our list to return to since our last visit 4 years ago and we are glad we did. Both of us had a hankering for biscuits and gravy and I remembered how good their cinnamon rolls were. They didn't disappoint. Fluffy biscuit with a slight crunchy outside, gravy with the right amount of sausage and we chose scrambled eggs. The hash browns (not home fries) were perfect. Crunchy and crusty outside and warm steamy insides paired well with the meal. The Cinnamon roll was large and worth every penny spent as we got to enjoy 1/2 of it the next day. For the money it was well spent and it will be dinner rather than 4 years before we return.
