★ 3I recently visited The Diner for the first time, and while there were definitely some highlights, the experience was a bit mixed overall. When we arrived, it took about 10 minutes just to get seated from the waiting list, which wasn't too bad. However, once we were seated, things started to slow down quite a bit. It took around 15 minutes before our server came over to take our order. During that time, another group that was seated after us had already received their drinks and placed their order, which was a little frustrating. We sat down at 9:00 AM and didn't get our order taken until about 9:15 AM.
To be fair, our waiter was very kind and polite, but the service timing just wasn't there. After placing our order, it took about 23 minutes for the food to come out, and during that wait, we weren't checked on at all, which added to the disappointment.
For drinks, I ordered an orange juice and a hot chocolate. The hot chocolate looked great presentation-wise, but the taste didn't match, it was very watery and reminded me of a basic store-bought mix, which was a letdown.
As for the food, I ordered the Boston crème pancakes, eggs with cheese, and biscuits and gravy. The eggs were okay and nothing special but the pancakes and biscuits and gravy were the stars of the meal. The pancakes were incredibly soft, just how I like them, and both dishes were very flavorful and enjoyable. On a positive note, the restaurant itself was clean, had a comfortable atmosphere, and felt very safe. There was also plenty of parking available, which made things convenient.
Overall, while the food had some great moments, the slow service and lack of attentiveness made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been. Because of that, I would give @ The Diner a 3 out of 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ -

★ 5Everything was great!!! The service was more than I anticipated! With the restaurant being busy I was approached by 3 different servers checking up on me and solidifying that I made a great choice with getting the new Dubai Chocolate st■ waffles! I also got the eggs Benedict and those were great too. Shout out to May, Maria and Leidys for making my experience here 10/10! I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a great breakfast in the Orlando/Epic Universe area. I will be back soon!

★ 5This is probably one of the best breakfast spots. I’ve had the pleasure of eating at in a long time and I don’t say that lightly, from the food to the service, our waitress was phenomenal and I’m kicking myself because I did not get her name before I left, but she was so personable and witty that she made the whole experience enjoyable along with the food. It would be a whole problem if I lived in this state because I would want to eat here every week, probably a few times a week just to enjoy the pancakes and potatoes lol

★ 5The food was absolutely amazing. Everything came out fresh, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked. You can really taste the quality in every bite, and the presentation made it even better. It’s definitely one of the best breakfast/brunch spots I’ve tried.
Our server, Quay, was honestly the best waiter in the world. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask. His positive attitude and friendly personality made the whole experience even better.
I highly recommend this place amazing food and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back! -

★ 4Serving satisfying and tasty breakfast plate options. My passionfruit mimosa wasn't what I was expecting since I couldn't taste the fruit, but overall the food was good. The prices are a bit expensive, especially the create a breakfast, which charges for the individual items. I tried the gluten free waffles and chicken tenders, which was very good. Nice atmosphere and good servive. We would consider revisiting this restaurant when back in FL
