  This is such a wonderful place to eat! The owner was so friendly, kept his workstation very clean, worked quickly while maintaining conversation, and didn't forget anything! The food was well priced and incredibly delicious! 10/10

  Excellent Kennedy Croissant breakfast sandwich, home fries were seasoned perfectly and a huge portion. The cafe is located in an office building but you just have to look for the sandwich board outside.

  To find this place, look for the foldout sign in the grass on the corner of S Harbour Island Blvd and Knights Run Ave. In the grass, there's a little walkway to the side of the building, where there are some outdoor picnic tables. If you go through the door beside those tables, then the restaurant is just inside on the right. It's part of a business complex, but they're open to the public, hence the foldout sign. They have great food and a neat dining area.

  This is a great hidden Gem! We stayed downtown and wanted to grab a quick breakfast from a local restaurant. My husband ordered a Cuban break fast sandwich and I got avocado toast. Everything was made to order.
  Service was super friendly. Not a lot of space to eat inside but we found a side patio and ate there. Perfect day to enjoy the Florida weather.

  If this were marketed as it is - a very good office building cafe, I would give 5 stars. I am not sure if there was a major remodel or downsizing, but the current space looks nothing like the high end boozy brunch sit down service with couches and a veranda in the pictures from 3-5 years ago.
  
  This is counter service with one or two staff members total. It's not bad for what it is, but don't trust the descriptions and pictures on here more than a few years old.
