    The Cheesecake Factory never disappoints.
The bread alone is worth the visit—served warm with delicious butter and was absolutely amazing. The skinny margaritas are well made, refreshing, and perfectly balanced.

I ordered the ginger chicken bowl and it was just right: crunchy, slightly sweet, fresh, and satisfying, especially with the quinoa. And then dessert… wow. The tiramisu cheesecake was completely out of this world and an absolute must-have.

I sat at the bar with only one bartender multitasking, I had to ask for the bread although it was offered when I sat down, the service was okay considering the person was doing so much very fast.

Highly recommend for great food, drinks, and an all-around enjoyable experience. 🍰✨

My experience today with my family at The Cheesecake Factory was great! All the ingredients of the plates were fresh, and we had ample portions of everything. The plates are worth the prices asked for. The waitress serving us was very kind and generous. The only thing I could bring up which might need improvement is the cleanliness of silverware - we had some dried leftovers on a couple of forks. We sanitized them properly but hopefully this changes in the future.

Despite this minor thing, we can’t complain and I recommend coming here. I would suggest making a reservation in advance and coming to Burlington Mall earlier as the restaurant and the parking lot can get busy and packed fast.

Nothing short of impressive what they do with such a massive menu. In my opinion this is hands down the best chain restaurant. Not the cheapest place but the food is always great. I got the chicken parm pizza which is always so good thin and crunchy, really cant miss with that one. My kid got the mac and cheese burger which was cooked perfectly medium rare. We also tried the ricotta toast which was sweat from the honey and savory from the cheese, definitely worth grabbing at its sub 7 price. The salad was good besides having too little dressing but usually this isnt an issue so ill let it slide. Id recommend this place for anyone going out with family or kids for special occasions.

I've been coming to this chain for decades. Every time I come no matter what location, I get the avocado eggrolls with extra sauce. I hate the rice strings under them, I'm surprised they have used that for 20 years as i find no purpose for them aside a plate filler... but this dish is my favorite hands down.
The menu always has been overwhelming. So much food to choose from, it makes you wonder how fresh it truly is.
I used to always enjoy the pineapple mojitos too!!
This visit was for a late but quick lunch. It was not quick, service slow. Hostess not friendly. High chair was filthy as was the changing table in the women's room.
I also got a side house salad which is always delicious. I dislike their tableside bread as it always has cold butter. the bread seemed old and stale. (I came on Halloween day).
Truffle fries were ok. As were the crab cakes bites. Definitely not fresh but they vanished from the plate quickly.
Taquitos were terrible. Kids pasta and butter was fine but pricey for just pasta. I dont know how the club sandwich tasted as it wasn't mine.
The celebration cheesecake was ehh. nothing special.
I always get the chocolate tower cake which never disappoints, just get extra whipped cream or have some handy at home!
The whole place was just dull and dirty.

Crowded on weekends and definitely a busy spot for bakery grab-and-go. The place is attractive and lively, but honestly, I felt the taste could have been better. Picked up two cheesecakes for $28. The Original and the Berry Chocolate which were just okay for me. Too sweet for me!! Could have made more better.
If you’ve ever tried the cheesecake at PF Chang’s… now that’s truly worth buying. So yum!
    Overall, I’d give it a 3/5, not a full 5.
The Cheesecake Factory is definitely a beautiful place to visit, but my review is just about the cheesecakes I tried.
