  I really liked the prices and service of the boondocks and will definitely be back. My only gripe was that the potatoes were cut too coarse, which made the center tasteless and a bit undercooked. Otherwise flawless breakfast.

  Update: Dined-in. Returned on a busy Saturday morning and this was a much different story. Food was NOT cooked to order. Home fries had a beard hair in them, then received —significantly— much less potatoes (1/3 of the original order’s quantity) on the re-fire of the such, potatoes were flavorless and under seasoned, no drink refills/server did NOT inquire if we needed additional drinks, omelette was rushed/second-thought/average/subpar from previous at best. Server did not bring condiments or additional items as requested and had to flag down other servers for assistance.
  
  Do NOT recommend during the busy weekend morning rush!!!n__________________________________________nWeekday take-out. We had the meat lover’s omelette and Celtic benny with sides of bacon and hash. The home fries were PERFECTLY seasoned and cooked to perfection, with a slight crisp on the exterior and tender on the inside. I was told the Celtic benny tasted exceptional - best around. The omelette was perfection, all the meats perfectly cooked and cut up inside the egg blanket.
  
  Would’ve easily been 5 stars, but my toast was missing from my order, and that unfortunately deterred from the completeness of the meal.

  Great atmosphere here. Service was quick and good came out quickly. My only complaint was the waffle I ordered was not good. Was very rubbery and did not taste like a waffle, had no light fluffy texture like it should have. It was almost that maybe they used a pancake batter rather than a waffle batter. I am not sure. But they were very kind and getting me something else. The omelettes were amazing my family said. If you are an adventurous person when it comes to eating and you are wondering about the butternut squash, goat cheese omelette, my husband got chorizo in it and loved this omelette.

  Stopped in for breakfast and I'm so glad glad I did. My servier was amazing the whole restaurant was clean the food was incredible. I got two eggs over easy, bacon, home fries, raisin toast, and a side of some of the best corned beef hash I've ever had.

  First time here and was in a mood for a waffle. It surly didn’t disappoint! The service was great and breakfast came quick. We will definitely be back!
