Got the homefry on an everything bagel, it was alright. Friendly service, quick turnaround.

Usually pretty good, but they got my order wrong the past couple of times :/

I've always loved the egg sandwiches from Tandem as the fresh veggie options are great. The smoothies have always been excellent as well! However, it wasn't until I got all the way home today with my egg sandwich only to find out that it was prepared with NO egg thus the cheese was cold, as was the bagel. It also seemed as though it might have been someone's first time using a knife to cut the sandwich in half, or perhaps they were out of clean knives and used a spoon...All in all the flavor was great & everything that I DID receive in my order was delicious.

I normally love tandem bagels, but usually I get them just the way they come, no butter. But today I felt like a buttered bagel, I was surprised that butter was a 99 cent up charge, but sure the bagels are usually such a deal I popped for it. Well I picked up my bagel and I was surprised that not only was there not much butter, but it was half hazardly spread. I was so disappointed considering that butter was a 50% increase in price, see attached image. So if you like butter on your bagels I'd say go elsewhere because it's just a ripoff here.

I’d totally give 5/5 if the consistency stayed the same. It’s happened a few times now where a small part of my drink gets missed- like yesterday, I used my reward to order my usual maple cinnamon oat latte, but it tasted burnt, kind of like decaf, and didn’t have the maple syrup, which is almost $2 itself. It might seem small, but those little details really make or break it for me, especially since it’s part of my morning routine. I used to be a barista, so I totally get how busy it gets, but keeping things consistent is what keeps people coming back. That said, everyone here is always super kind! When I broke my foot and was on crutches, a staff member even brought my coffee out to my car so sweet :)
