Second time coming here and it did not disappoint. I'll keep this short and sweet, The atmosphere is Top Tier with an elegant flare. Food is so delicious I drove 2 hours with the family to come back for the Tres Leches French Toast, That's how good they are!! Monte Cristo Sandwich tastes like thanksgiving in every bite. The breakfast potatoes are some of the very best that I've ever had. Pancakes and the Chicken N Waffle are superb. The Pistachio Caramel Latte is next level delicious. Staff is nice, friendly and informative top notch in my opinion. Both times the waitresses were on top of it in every way, Nelly was our waitress the 2nd time around and she was amazing. Highly recommend this restaurant when in Milwaukee, will definitely be coming back sooner rather than later for more of their menu

Food is incredible, and service truly outstanding - highly recommend!! We ended up here 3 days in a row because it was so great, while in town visiting from Arkansas. Fabricio was our server all three days, and his wonderful service and warmth was really a highlight of our trip! We were in town to watch the Brewers, which he noticed from our jackets/hats, and connected with us over our excitement. The pancakes were both beautifully presented, but also maybe the best pancakes I’ve ever had (Banana Walnut Nutella), the Berry Feast Crepes were perfectly light and balanced but still decadent, and the Meat Lovers Skillet Bowl was hearty and delicious. Generous portions, great prices, and great coffee too! This will 100% be our breakfast spot anytime we make it back to Milwaukee to watch the Brewers.

I stopped in for a meal while traveling for work since the restaurant is just five minutes from my hotel. While the presentation was impeccable, looks aren't everything. I had to send the salmon back because it tasted old and possibly spoiled. Although the server removed it from the bill, I wasn't offered a replacement dish. On a positive note, the potatoes and eggs were tasty, and the pancakes reminded me of IHOP (which I enjoy). The bill was reasonable, but I’d recommend ordering just one pancake—the stack of three was $14, and I couldn't even finish half.

This is my second visit here to Sweets Dinner. I think this is a nice restaurant. I do have an issue however the manager assisted me we a solution. When I come back to Milwaukee, I will definitely come back. I do recommended this place. My co worker said the waffle was amazing with the chicken. I suggest they add fish and grits to menu. The dinner is in the perfect location. Parking is available on the street. No reservation needed!

Came in with a party of 9 on Sunday morning, and only waited about 25 minutes for a table. Our server was Sophie B, and she was extremely personable and knowledgeable (especially with the best table organization for pictures!!). She was very helpful with allergies as well.

The food was also great! I got the Pesto Chicken Toast and it was so good! Definitely recommend Sweet Diner.
