  Walked in and walked out. Can’t say I’ll ever return to this location. There used to be seats to enjoy your coffee but now it is standing only. Not accessibility friendly. Starbucks should do better. Went to Jaho instead. Great coffee and plenty of seating.

  I am a 9 year long customer of Starbucks and normally the service is great and I have been a huge fan of what Starbucks has to offer, however it has become so overpriced that it is no longer feasible to continue to go there. Not to mention the quality of food and drink has gone way down and it feels silly to get a $6 drink to have it be made wrong or to not be satisfied with it. I bought a yogurt there today and to have something like this happen (see picture) makes me very unhappy as I am paying $5 paying for a yogurt that looks like this and barely has anything in it. I feel I am being taken advantage of.

  Very quiet location when I went on a Saturday. I was also very surprised it was not busy since they are in downtown Salem. It was pleasant. Baristas were warm and friendly. There is absolutely no seating, they have a bar you can lean against. Not the environment I am used to at a Starbucks, I usually enjoy the seating when I go to a location and order in store. I enjoy the 5 min to myself while waiting for my beverage !

  Very friendly staff who are genuinely polite and welcoming to customers. The drinks are always made really well and they are always very friendly.
  Great store, will return.
