Good food and drinks. I really like all of the options.

I tried that million dollar bacon and it was a Carmelized sweet crispy bacon. 🥓 it was good but to be honest I’m not a bacon person and that actually made the bacon taste like a treat.

I also got the harvest green omelet and I have to say that was delicious and filling. I loved the cheese that they put on top of the avocado, it blended so well with the omelette. The salad I think they used balsamic vinegar on it so it was definitely hearty and flavorful.

The eggs Benedict was cooked to perfect as well. The hash browns were okay.

The Paloma drink was a bit bitter and sour? I don’t think I was too much of a fan of it. The Bloody Mary was solid though.

The inside is just like what you would expect a breakfast joint to be. They have bar seating and booth seating and regular tables. The service was also good even though they were busy.

The food was amazing, I love the pork belly plate. The combination of flavor and texture was unique and incredible experienced. I love it so much that the second time I revisit I requested again. Omg! And the grits, the buttery creamy flavor was to die for. I not big fan of grits but the way the restaurant created I felt in love with it. If you are in the area you need to stop by, believe when I say this, you will not be disappointed.

Loved Snooze!!! The Hollandaise sauce was perfection! And the bacon was perfectly crispy. But you will go back for the hash browns!

Next visit, I want to try the OMG French Toast using gluten free bread. I'll keep y'all posted!

I’ve been here four times now. Snooze is as consistent as an atomic clock. My recommendations are the corned beef hash and any of the pancakes. Drip coffee is nice and stout. The iced Americano is great, especially on warmer mornings, and the flavor of the brew is good enough on its own. It can easily be enjoyed without cream or sugar if you prefer your coffee without accoutrements! One thing that is beneficial about a franchise is that you should expect consistency. This is certainly the case here at snooze. Different locations and times have yielded the same results. Service is quick without feeling rushed. The servers have a good knack for reading their tables. Snooze is slowly becoming a morning ritual while visiting Houston.

Great Menu, But Ruined by Poor Cleanliness and Bizarre Stock IssuesnnI’ve eaten at another Snooze location before and had a fantastic experience, so I came into this expecting the same great vibe and quality. Unfortunately, this specific spot was a huge disappointment. It is clear that this location has some serious management and quality control issues.

The Good: Menu and OptionsnOn paper, the restaurant has a lot going for it. They have a really good menu with a wide variety of options, great drinks, and a lot of solid healthy choices. The food quality itself was decent—nothing to write home about, but perfectly fine for a breakfast spot.

The Bad: Unsettling CleanlinessnThe biggest red flag was the dining area itself. The floor underneath our table and the surrounding areas were quite dirty. There was clearly missed, dropped food scattered around, making me seriously question how well they actually clean the place. For a restaurant, sitting down to a dirty floor is incredibly unsettling and immediately ruins the appetite.

The Bizarre: Clueless Service and InventorynThe service experience was just weird. Our server took our orders—I ordered a health drink off the menu, and my daughter ordered a burger. He walked away, only to return a full five minutes later to tell us that both items were out of stock. How does a server not know the 86-list before taking orders? More importantly, how on earth is a breakfast/brunch restaurant entirely out of stock of burgers at 11:00 AM?

The VerdictnThe whole vibe here was just off. Between the dirty floors, the lack of basic inventory at 11 AM, and the uncoordinated service, it felt like nobody was actually steering the ship. I love the Snooze brand based on past experiences, but I would absolutely not frequent this specific location again.
