★ 5I have been a long time fan and enthusiast of this franchise and I must say after the years and years of being a dedicated and loyal customer I am still impressed more and more each time of the customer service and taste quality of the food! The customer care and food service stems from higher up in my opinion and in this case the management of this store far exceeds my admiration and love for this franchise. I would like to personally thank the general manager, Lynden Kennaugh for running such a smooth and tight ship. Everything from cleanliness to large variety of delicious menu items to pick from. Forever a Skillets fan!

★ 5This summer we have eaten at Skillets several times. The food, service and atmosphere have all been consistently high.
Skillets serves a good choice of breakfast and lunch offerings. The food is prepared to a consistent, high standard and the portions are generous. We regularly order the traditional breakfast and the corned beef hash (which is really good). Their Skillets’ potato is also excellent!
Service is always caring and kind. They seem to intuitively know whether one is time constrained during the workday or able to enjoy a more indulgent meal and tailor service accordingly. Brittany, Janet and Odalys (Odie) are all excellent at what they do.
The atmosphere is homely, clean and comfortable. The “Pioneer Room” is a nice nod to Naples’ Pioneer spirit!
In sum, this is an excellent breakfast/lunch spot, locally owned, and loved by full-time and seasonal residents alike. The kind of place that becomes a regular haunt due to it’s consistency in good food and service. -

★ 3Our first time at Skillets (after a disappointing experience at Mimosas as it's nearby). Located in a strip mall, a bit set back from the road. Average interior. We ordered spicy bloody Mary's, and those were delicious. The food, on the other hand, wasn't great. I got the egg and bacon skillet with hash browns. The potatoes were cold and mushy, and the bacon was a bit rubbery and not crisp at all. My husband got an omelet, and he said it was dry and lacked flavor. He did not like the skillet potatoes at all. They have ingredients like cream cheese and were too mushy and lacked flavor. Unfortunately, we probably won't be back.

★ 5I just met the nicest older gentleman, I think his name was Jayson. He was so kind and was greeting every customer with a genuine, “Hey, hi, how are you?” He also checked in with every table to verify if their food was “tasty.” He recommended the waffles with whipped cream and it didn’t disappoint. Thank you Jayson, that WAS tasty!
