★ 5What a Nashua gem!! Breakfast here is such a wonderful and flavorful experience! You have no idea how special this establishment really is. Service is friendly and quick. I will return for the Wednesday special: baked lamb shank!!

★ 5Roland's Family Restaurant: A hidden GEM 💎 in the heart of Nashua! I got a Buffalo Chicken Finger sub and it certainly did not disappoint! French fries were crispy and delicious and the service was great. If you're anywhere near Nashua, give them a try - they are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

★ 5I went about 2:30 pm so it wasn't too busy. The waitress was very efficient and attentive. She took our order right away. The food came out hot and fast and it was exactly what we ordered. The quality of the food was great. I would highly recommend. The Interior was clean and welcoming. Plenty of parking.

★ 1Well we were looking for a new place to try, first couple of reviews looked good ( I should’ve looked down further). The restaurant is small and cozy. We went in and weren’t greeted by any hostess, just sat ourselves.
We ordered and it came in about 15 minutes. The eggs weren’t warm, the gravy & sausages was very salty and the home fries weren’t crispy like we ordered. Definitely disappointed with breakfast, I don’t recommend. -

★ 5Let’s call this a 4.5, as half stars should be a thing. I have lived in NH and basically Nashua my whole life and this was the first time I had ever come to Roland’s. I was greeted immediately by two servers to sit wherever and I bellied up to the bar since I was by myself. The service was quick, the food good and the people were friendly. I helped myself to a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich (and they grill the English muffin which is really the only way to have it) and some silver dollar pancakes on the side. I only give this a 4.5 as this is my first time here but I hope to come back. The owner came up to me while I was eating and asked if I knew of anyone who was looking for a job. It sounds like they have had some high turnover, as most people have experienced in food service, especially post Covid. They are hiring for an immediate weekend and week day position so if you know of anyone looking for work, tell them to stop on by!
Some of these reviews make me sad and make me wonder if anyone commenting has ever worked in food service before. Working in restaurants and cafes or anything food related is harder now more than ever and I can only hope more people lead with compassion during their dining experiences. Regardless of what you feel entitled to, if you want your food a specific way, make it at home.
