  I went to this restaurant about 17 minutes before they were supposed to close. One of the workers was sitting at the front where patrons sit. A lady was walking out saying that they told her they were closed. The lady worker sitting on a stool said we’re shut down and not taking orders anymore. Another customer walked in behind me. So I asked, don’t you close at 8:00? She said yes, but we’re not taking orders anymore. I asked her if you close at 8:00, don’t you have to take orders till 8:00. I told her all want is a chicken sandwich. Then she said, well we can make you a sandwich, but nothing else. So the guy behind me left and I proceeded to order a sandwich. I thanked them for letting me order. The one lady sitting got up and prepared my sandwich in a few minutes. I left and it was 12 minutes till 8:00. So still open. I get to my hotel in a couple minutes and take a bite of the sandwich and it’s completely raw (see photos). Unbelievable experience with this supposedly great chicken and biscuits restaurant. I hope the owner sees this.

  Wow!!! I never knew biscuits were this delicious! Other than my grandma's! This place is Dallas's best kept culinary secret! Did I mention how fresh and delicious that the chicken is? Definitely pair together for an appeasing culinary experience. Must try if you're visiting or a resident. Check out their menu

  Nice little spot, good breakfast options if you’re looking for something different. Biscuit was just a little dry. Overall food was good.

  The entire experience was great today! I did a mobile order and went to pick it up. I wasn’t able to open the gate to get my food but the wonderful staff assisted me. It said first name and last initial but it’s first name only, 😂. Also they were pleasant, the staff working today. It was a young lady and young man today! They validated my parking for the garage and the food was amazing when I made it home. Thanks!

  We loved Rise! As a trained pastry chef I appreciate the skill it takes to really nail a buttermilk biscuit, especially in bulk, and Rise does it perfectly! I had the fried green tomato biscuit sandwich and my husband had the chicken friend steak biscuit sandwich. Both were super flavorful and filling for a more than fair price. Service was fast and friendly and the decor was fun and vibrant. We hung out here longer than we thought to just sip coffee and enjoy it.
