★ 5Fluffy, fresh, and hot bagels here!! And THE MOST, extraordinarily kind staff members. It was pouring out, and they gave me a giant clear trash bag to wear as I walked back to my hotel 5 min away. I wish I’d taken a photo because I looked hilarious, but it worked beautifully and I was so grateful. Family friendly feel at this location plus yummy bagels. I will definitely come back when I’m in town again!

★ 5I was staying in the gulch and could see pop up bagels from the room in Caption Hyatt. I walked over and it’s such a vibe! So cute with hot fresh bagels coming out of the oven. I love that they have a rotating spread. I got the pimento cheese and it was excellent! Mollie took care of me and she’s just a southern breath of fresh air. I’ll be back when I’m back in Nashville!

★ 4As I expected based on the hype and what I saw online, it was the best bagel I’ve ever had. I lived in New York and Toronto for years, some of the best bagel markets in the world, and these were indeed the best. Baked to a nice toast, loads of seeds, fluffy on the inside. It’s because they’ve got the service down to a science. I’m being handed a bagel that came out of the oven 90 seconds earlier. Walk in to walk out even when busy was about 4 minutes.
The schmears were pretty great too. It definitely didn’t dawn on me that flavored butter offerings were actual butter and not cream cheese, so that’s my fault for getting a mouth full of butter. There’s a couple rotating flavors for schmears each week, which keeps things exciting.
The only problem is these people are out of their minds charging $15 for 3 bagels and 6oz of cream cheese. $24 for 6 bagels and 1 schmear. A bagel is like $1.50 at any other bakery in the country.
So out of principle, this can’t be a frequent thing for me. Moreso a place you crave all week and treat yourself to on Saturday morning.
