The atmosphere is very cute and the view on the river is wonderful.
The person who explained the menu was patient and lovely. However, she did not mention that the avocado is mixed with chickpeas, and my dining companion has an intolerance for chickpeas. She offered to replace the dish, however since we had waited so long for our food, that was not an option.
I was surprised that this person did not mention that the avocado was mixed with chickpeas, because she told me afterwards that herself is allergic!
We had waited 25 minutes for our food, which is fine if you are told to expect that, however, we were not warned, and were quite hungry.
Neither of us cared for the steamed carrots with a smoky flavour. Luckily, we asked for it on the side because we weren’t sure we would like it. If we had been able to taste one tiny little piece of it, we would’ve known we didn’t like it and we could’ve substituted something else for it. However, we were told that they do not give samples.
I enjoyed my salad bowl with broccoli, peanut sauce, and rice, although the broccoli was a tad overcooked.
I wanted to love this place, however it fell short of my expectations. I would still eat here again.

BUSSIN BUSSIN Sheeesshhhh! After a day of apartment hunting in the area we stopped by here at my demand, I have zero regrets. We tried the buffalo mac Crunchwrap, dumplings, Neapolitan dynamite, and a s’mores cookie—aka a well-balanced meal. As a self-appointed vegan connoisseur, I can confirm: this place checks all the boxes. Everything was flavorful, creative, and dangerously craveable.
The menu is stacked—there’s genuinely something for everyone. And eating it with that view? Honestly, that alone could become a personality trait.
We almost moved across the river, but my bank account thanks me daily for choosing somewhere with a bit more distance instead. Otherwise, I’d be out here commuting by paddle just to eat my way through the menu—which, let’s be real, is still on the agenda.
You’ll definitely be seeing me again (and again… and again). Also worth noting: the space is adorable and thoughtfully low-waste, which makes it even easier to feel smug about your life choices while demolishing a Crunchwrap.n10/10, already planning my next order. This place might just be enough to fill the Loving Hut sized hole in my heart from leaving my hometown .

We had the breakfass sammy and pineapple dream smoothie as well as a croissant. Everything was divine including the thoughtful fresh orange slices. Our only regret was not trying the buffalo Mac crunchwrap because we didn't have time to come back. We will make the pilgrimage to Burlington solely for Pingala!

This place slaps ❣️ I love anything that’s all plant based and my sister & their partner came here in December and were like we gotta take you there and I’m so glad they did! The vibes, the decor, the atmosphere, the kindness, and of course the food is on point :) I got the “cheeseburger” Crunchwrap & all I have to say is YASSSSS ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 The tortilla, the sauce, the veggies, their “burger”, the crunch, everything was amazing and flavorful and absolutely delicious 😁 Also it’s a very generous and filling size so that’s extra awesome! I really enjoyed the chips and dip they give on the side such a nice compliment to the crunchwraps :) My sis & their partner got the classic crunchwraps and if I wasn’t full from mine I wouldn’t tried some of theirs too hehe; they both loved them too! We got some s’mores cookies and peanut butter chocolate chip cookies to go; both were delicious and honestly couldn’t even tell it was a plant based marshmallow same taste and texture as non vegan ones & the PB chocolate chip cookies tasted just like the peanut butter hersey kiss cookies mmmm mmmm mmm :) I would try anything on the menu honestly it all looked and sounded so good! Will definitely be coming back to this spot anytime I’m in Burlington beyond worth it 🌈 (also they have some free good vibes stickers you can look through and take if you want and as a sticker fanatic this was such a nice addition thanks Pingala!)

A new place my daughter took us for breakfast/lunch in Vermont called Pingala Cafe. We decided to give it a try. We tried the crunch wrap supreme, which has cheesy sauce, brown rice, house chili, corn tostada, N'avocado mash &pickled jalapenos. The crunch wrap was so delicious I highly recommend ordering. The combinations were perfect. I enjoyed the sandwich so much we went back the next day.
