  Husband and I stayed at Pilgrim House for 4 nights 6/4/26-6/7/26. It was our first visit to Provincetown. The location is great. We drove and they had parking available on site. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. We saw a comedy show in their event room, which was a ton of fun. Had dinner and drinks one night at their restaurant, food was great.
  
  We were a tad nervous after seeing some mixed reviews online prior to our visit. You can probably ignore them. New active owners took control of operations in April 2026. Two wonderful women who were very active on site every night, training staff, and making sure every visitor was well taken care of. We are planning to make Provincetown an annual vacation and would definitely stay at Pilgrim House again.

  This is a great location, slightly east of the center of town, and right on commercial Street. I have stayed several times over winter months as it is one of the few locations that stays open year round. On season, the on site restaurant and proximity to pretty much everything in town is really convenient. The rooms themselves are comfortable, clean and in cold months nice and cozy given that you may be escaping the winter elements and wanting an evening inside. The proprietors are friendly, helpful and informative and really want to do what they can to make sure their guests are comfortable. It's a great place to stay--enjoy your visit to the Cape by staying at the Pilgrim House.

  Very warm welcome and a great deal (not in season). One of the owners offered a complimentary diet coke and the manager took the bags up to the room. Very nice people. The room exceeded expectations for a budget double room. It was spacious, clean and had everything needed -- except coffee which would be the only complaint. Some rooms have coffee; others don't. It would also be helpful to leave envelopes for housekeeping. Overall, a great stay close to everything with friendly staff and an easy, comfortable vibe. Really enjoyed it! The owners were really great.

  WOW! I can not say enough about Jose and Ken, (and the bartender, forgot ur name) EVERY ONE was so nice, in fact we booked an extra night and another weekend in a few weeks.
  The room was very very clean, bed was very comfortable, water was hot and the food and drinks were GREAT!!!!
  They have us as customers for life! ♥️

  If you’re looking for a good atmosphere and good people this is genuinely the place for you. Nothing short of amazing describes this place.
  
  Loved the atmosphere, the accommodations, the understanding and respect from this place!
  
  Peter the manager of entertainment was very understanding and respectful. Any issues we had he handled perfectly. Felt right at home here!
  
  Tom the bartender was very nice and fun to talk to at the bar! Very knowledgeable and made very good drinks! Very good guy and fun person to be around.
  
  Can’t forget to mention our guy Ali as well! He was a delight and very excited to help us out! He was the one who made the second half of our drinks(me and my girlfriend) at the bar, which was the cape cod cranberry mule, but with blueberry vodka.
