This is a lovely little breakfast place with a very cute and cozy atmosphere. The waffles were quite delicious and nicely made. If I come back again, I’d love to try their Belgian waffle next time. Definitely a nice spot for a relaxed morning

We really like the food here. The pancakes are fluffy with lots of fruit.
The house made corn beef is incredible especially with 2 dropped eggs!!

Stopped in today with my family and our waitress was wonderful. Quick service for a very busy day and kept refilling our coffee cups without having to ask. She seemed to have a busy section and still made time to help the host and greet customers with kindness, as well as helping the other wait staff. Great job Persy’s Place

For a diner, it’s exactly what you’d expect. The food is good and the service is on the slower side but overall a good visit. No GF bread options but plenty to choose from that is GF.

I went here on Friday 4/24 and my eggs first came out dry and disgusting, so I requested new scrambled eggs. Then the second batch came out raw and undercooked. Also these eggs are definitely scramblers from a carton and not home made scrambled eggs. The egg and steak plate was requested medium, the steak was well done and the whites on the eggs were still runny. We were there for brunch around 11 and it wasn't even busy, there were maybe a total of 12 tables sat, which should've been red flag number one for a breakfast joint on a Friday. Even being busy is no excuse for poorly cooked/undercooked food, but this place wasn't even busy the workers just seem.... Lazy... My server didn't smile once during the whole visit, and was rather disgruntled the whole time it seemed. Highly recommend going somewhere else, that actually serves fully cooked eggs.
