★ 5My wife and I were on our way home from an overnight event and wanted breakfast. We were looking for a diner near us and Paul's diner popped up. We took a chance and went in around 930am on a Saturday.
Got seated immediately.
Our waitress Heidi sat us and was very friendly.
Asked our drink order and I was dying for coffee and wife wanted iced tea. She said I'll bring you a pot and wife got a large glass of home brewed ice tea . She gave us the specials and I new what I wantedand wife was the same. Heidi gave us a little rundown on what was good at the diner. I told we never been there. Said they got a lot of traffic from travel through(NY,CT) we were a little beat up from a wedding party the night before so needed something solid. Wife ordered waffle with chocolate chips side a bacon.
I got a hungry man which consisted of 2 eggs(over easy) choice of meat(ham steak) and long list of choices. Homefries for me .
This place had a good variety of breakfast options. Which I would recommend anyone to look at menu online. Both breakfasts came out well prepared. Wife's waffle was delicious and bacon was crispy. My pancakes were awesome ,eggs were done right. Homefries we're good well seasoned. Ham steak was really good was cooked with a little blackened edge and a hint of maple flavor. Heidi our waitress was amazing! Made is feel at home immediately and made the diner feel very homey. I would go back to Paul's just for the service.(I told her I would rate Paul's Diner 5 and Heidi 6..lol) Price was what it was $43 ish great service gave $55. -

★ 5Went to meet some friends at this diner and was not disappointed! Our waitress Heidi provided service with a smile. She remembered who ordered what, even in a group of 7 people, and made sure to check in and keep our glasses full. The food was delicious and of reasonable portion sizes. There is limited seating, so on busy days there may be a wait.

★ 5I have frequented Paul’s Diner many times living in Westford and it never disappoints! I’ve had lots of different breakfasts and everything is delicious! The staff is so nice and the owner, Sal, is always there and wants to make sure everyone is enjoying their meals. Recently, I ordered a few trays of food for an event I was having. Everybody raved about the meatballs and chicken parm. They were amazing! Awesome work Paul’s Diner!!

★ 5Today was the first time my husband and I ate at Pauls Diner. It was the best breakfast we have ever had. The pancakes were amazing and my over-medium eggs were cooked to perfection. My husband had kielbasa with his eggs and said it was delicious. This place is a gem. If you haven't been, then go. We will for sure be back.
Side note: Our waitress Heidi was fantastic. She was friendly, helpful, fun and kind -

★ 2I heard great things about this location but we didn’t have a great experience. It was a long wait but that’s not unusual for a sunday. However, once me and my two young kids were sat down, it was 15 minutes until someone took our order. It was another 35 minutes for our drinks to arrive (we had to flag someone down and ask), and it took as long to get our food (literally just pancakes and eggs, and a chicken and waffle). If you’ve brought hungry kids to brunch you know how brutal waiting over an hour is between waiting for a table and food. But the worst part was the food was just not good. The pancakes were crumbly, almost like cornmeal. The chicken and waffles was a chicken cutlet cut into four pieces (which made it very dried out) sitting on top of four tiny waffles that were brutally dry. Not the best experience.
