  wow! what a fantastic restaurant to have here in fitzwilliam / rindge, nh area! wife & I decided to try this new Albanian / American restaurant sunday morning for breakfast- we had the best breakfast experience you'll find around here! Though we only live 6 miles away, it's worth the drive to meet the family and taste their freshly hand-made food. The owners & family are super personable and just all-around a pleasure to talk to. Easy to find on rt 12 in fitzwilliam, nh with ample off-street parking. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel like family. The atmosphere was just perfect as well with the low-key european music and homey cozy feel of a european cafe- and everything looked well kept and clean! We also loved walking into a restaurant and being greeted with the smell of freshly cooked food! we tried their authentic llokuma albanian fried dough with the AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS ajvar! My wife loved her pasha omelette which was generously st￭ with fresh vegetables and cheese. I absolutely loved my pasha benedict with grilled suxhuk / prosciutto and delicious hollandaise! The coffee is dark and strong with great aroma and flavor. We truly hope Pasha sticks around for a long time and really hope the family prospers here in southern nh! They definitely earned our business and we'll be returning often!

  A family-owned restaurant with excellent food. They are always willing to correct their mistakes free of the customers charge. Their menu is flexible, if it’s not specifically on there, they’ll do their best to make it! Everything is freshly made with love and care. Everyone is beyond welcoming and is glad to see each and every person who comes in.

  Holy cow… this place has some of the best food I’ve ever eaten in my life. I’m not the most experimental when it comes to food and assumed this food might not be my style but was I wrong!!!
  
  They have so much variety in their menu and I guarantee it would appeal to anyone’s tastes.
  
  Everything was scratch made. The Albanian coffee was a new experience I didn’t know I needed in my life. Goodness, don’t walk… run. You will not regret it!

  We happened upon the wonderful restaurant today. The food was tremendous and we had Armenian coffee for the first time. Our waitress was a delightful and told us about the amazing food we had. Highly recommended!
