★ 5This place was exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. We had an awesome server, the Alfredo was a hit with my children, and the mozzarella bites lived up to their promise of a true cheese pull. Thank you for a great meal!

★ 1So disappointed in this place. My husband and I stayed overnight for a quick getaway after a bunch of appointments at BCH. We were excited to enjoy a couple of cocktails at the bar but the service and quality was extremely lacking. His scotch was barely filled half way and my lemon drop martini had no sugar rim and no lemon slices and neither was offered. The bartender served my drink first and then 20 minutes went by before he poured my husband’s drink. $46 for TWO drinks! They added a 20% tip too which was very sneaky. The staff should let people know. My husband and I are very generous even when we shouldn’t be and almost left an additional cash tip! Honestly, I want to ask for a partial refund or a gift card. The restaurant and the staff need to be upgraded. If you’re going to charge almost $50 for two cocktails, then they should be superb and so should the service!

★ 5My son and I had the Sunday $1 wings night and watched the Patriots play. It was awesome! I was a guest at the hotel and when we saw the sign for $1 wings we wanted to try it. My son( a big guy) had the 12 ct Buffalo and I had the 6 ct. BBQ. Soooo yummy! Perfectly cooked and the sauces were 🔥. We loved it! Served with celery sticks on the side. It was early for dinner so we sat at the bar to watch the game. The service was excellent and friendly. Everything was served promptly and was great. Even if I’m not staying there, I would visit again off the street for those wings again! Highly recommend.

★ 2Had both breakfast and dinner food no issues! But to serve warm can sodas and a glass of ice is tacky(the place is not a hotdog stand). To add 20% gratuity on bill for table under 5 people is a joke.its the hotel restaurant and could not bill to room as well. I always tip 20/30% for service and don’t blame servers for what they have to deal with behind the scenes. 18% is base tip across the board so if your adding 20% to bill and still asking for additional tip on top, I guarantee the servers are getting short changed. 6.40 a warm can of soda is tacky and refills should be free like every other restaurant.

★ 1I was staying at the Bostonian Hotel and decided to walk down and order a chicken Caesar wrap for takeout. I knew it was going to be pricey at $19, and I was fine with that.
What I wasn’t expecting was the long wait for a simple takeout order. When I finally got my food, the wrap was incredibly bland, and the small handful of fries that came with it were soggy.
Then came the biggest surprise: my total was $26. They had automatically added a gratuity to a takeout order. I’m confused as to how that makes sense when I ordered at the counter, waited for my own food, and received no table service at all.
Paying premium prices is one thing, but paying an automatic gratuity on a takeout order with disappointing food and no service is another.
