  If I could give this diner zero stars, I would. I witnessed the staff being rude to patrons waiting for a table. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and a side of corned beef hash. I got 2, overcooked and rubbery sausage patties that looked like they were straight out of a frozen Jimmy Dean's package. The corned beef hash was literally potatoes with 9 miniscule pieces of beef. I tried sending that back. The manager refused to credit me. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO SUCH A RUDE, HORRIBLE BUSINESS OWNER AND STAFF. I will never go there again. Go somewhere that honors a customer's opinion as well as the food they serve. Newport Diner should be ashamed to call themselves a diner at all.

  Excellent food Excellent waitress. Very polite and quick. I got Brussel sprouts. Very delicious. I got a burger with Swiss with onion rings Very cool inside great old pictures on the wall. This brings back when I was a kid. I can't wait to get back there soon. You definitely have to check them out you won't be disappointed.

  We eat here every weekend! The food is amazing. They can get busy quick. Definitely worth the wait of you have to. Fresh, fast and friendly!!

  My cousin and I went for lunch today. We ordered from the breakfast menu and it was delicious. The corned beef hash was absolutely wonderful. English muffins that were buttered and grilled along with eggs completed the meal. Alll of it was perfect. Price were in line with other breakfast places. Our server was awesome . There is nothing not to like about this place and the food It’s typical diner atmosphere but when it’s called a diner that’s what you expect . We loved it and intend to make many trips backm

  The wait wasn't too bad and the food was amazing, I ate every last bite! The staff were nice and the music was nice. The floors were a little worn, but that's all there is negative about the place. I definitely recommend going for breakfast!!! 5☆
