  Review for Newcombs for breakfast. First off you can see by the plates there is a lot of food. However I’ve never seen anyone deep fry sausages. I prefer them cooked on a griddle so these were very greasy and not much flavor. We got a toasted corn muffin that really wasn’t toasted well. The tops were even still cold and a little wet like they were pulled from the fridge and not fresh. Def cold inside. We got an omelet and hashbrown potatoes very flavorless and seemed deep fried too. No onions or peppers or spices at all. I would have liked more check-in by the server but it seemed to be chatty Cathy day with them. I remember going with my dad a long time ago and he said he had gone before so I wanted to go try it out too. It was meh. The coolest part was your receipt had a code you could pay online so you could literally sine and dine as fast as you needed. Sorry only 3 stars

  I'm not gonna lie.....it's tight in here. The tables are close and the place is always a hive of activity. But I honestly think that's what makes it so awesome. Go in for breakfast, and you'll probably leave with at least one new friend.
  And the food......shoosh. The best in the area. I drive for 30 minutes to get takeout and it's worth every minute!

  This place used to be great. The food is clearly not the same food and they used to fill full plates now they put it all in a tiny plate in the middle of the original giant plate to cut portions and raised the prices insanely. I never would have expected slinkflation from a mom and pop diner. They also refuse to crisp up the hash. No matter how burnt I tell them I want it, still comes out not crunchy. I got a tried and true and they're known for eggs Benedict. Since when was it a giant slab of ham and not Canadian bacon and why is an extra teaspoon worth of hollandaise sauce $1.50 extra? I've been going since the Quincy days, and it was my regular spot for over 20 years. They've lost a long-standing loyal customer.

  This is a quaint small restaurant that offers all day breakfast as well as lunch and dinner. We went for a late breakfast. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Our waitress was excellent. I look forward to my next visit.
