    I'm not from around here.

It was my first time stopping by and they were friendly and easy going while I looked over all the offerings. I got a coffee, bacon egg and cheese on a bulkie, and a boston cream. A good spread to check the place out. Let me tell you about that donut.

What immediately stood out to me, besides the comfortable atmosphere and people, was the texture of that donut bread. Soft and light. Pillowy even. I'd like to curse for emphasis but can't, so just imagine it. I was down right surprised because I guess I never expected the bread to stand out over the frosting and cream.

The ratio of bread to cream was spot on. I didn't have to search for it, and there was plenty for every bite to the last. The frosting was good too and complimented it well. But that bread...

Now I'm not a big coffee guy but I expected my cream no sugar coffee to be heavy on the bitter side but it wasn't. It was rather smooth and tasty.

Ya'll have it good in this town.

Great coffee joint and pretty decent prices. The store is soso with ehh employee behind the counter but totally worth the trip for an actual good coffee highly recommend

Would be 5 stars if they were still open 24 hours. There's nothing open late around here anymore.. I recommend the heart attack pizza bagel.

Classic New England coffee shop with an upgrade. Cash only. Overall good place to grab some donuts. It’s a tiny New England donut place with a counter and a small register/donut area. When we arrived , to pick out and take home a dozen donuts, there was a line but it moved quickly. The counter was full the entire wait. When we got to the counter I explained it was our first time, the woman took the time to explain the donuts and pricing. They have basic varieties (Boston cream, chocolate frosted, sprinkles, etc.) Specialty are more expensive but not terrible for a speciality/gourmet donut. She boxed them beautifully. The donuts were fresh and fluffy. The specialty donuts can be very sweet. Cookies and cream was tasty and best sweet. S’mores was not as sweet, better balanced. Definitely worth the wait. Make sure you bring cash or you will be directed to the atm.

Loooooooooove this place... best donuts in the state by far!!! Simple classic and just the right amount of everything! They serve the type of donuts that you dream about when you go to a place and have one that's yucky... and depending on who's there the coffee ratio is phenomenal too! May this place stay open for decades 🙏
