★ 5Best brunch place i've found so far in baltimore. The food, service, and overall vibe are all excellent. We were a party of aid, including three children and were concerned that we'd have a long wait on a Sunday morning since it was very crowded. However, they got us seated in less than 30 minutes in the annex area, which has more space for the kids than the main dining room, which is a little crowded. Very well-thought-out and kid and family friendly restaurant. Large variety of sweet and savory breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes. The gumbo was delicious, as was the pulled pork grilled cheese sandwich. Cinnamon oat french toast was the french toast of the month for January, and was layered with cream sauce and fruit. The hot honey chicken deviled eggs were unique in the eggs being breaded and fried as well as the chicken. Good selection of brunch cocktails as well. The servers were attentive without being bothersome, check on us and refilling our water and coffee as needed. Overall, a very satisfying and tasty brunch for our large family group.

★ 3I was recommended this place by my friend who lives here for the crab cakes -- they have been voted a top spot for it -- surprised to find out they stopped offering it in the fall. So I tried their pancakes which they also boast to be known for.
White Chocolate Chip & Blueberry PancakesnFirst off this is MASSIVE. Four pancakes and fluffy. When I heard four I thought they'd be smaller pancakes but no. The blueberry and white chocolate chips is a unique twist I've never had on a pancake so I'll give it an extra point for that, and it's well cooked. I don't know if it lives up to best pancakes in the country though.n6/10nnEggs and BaconnStandard Eggs and Bacon. Cooked well but not anything that stands out.n6/10nnThis place is not bad price wise and a good vibe. Our server Olivia was very helpful in recommending spots to see while visiting Baltimore. Including Gin Dutchess and the hipster area Hamden.
I'd try it again, decent and well made standard American diner food.
Overall,n6/10 -

★ 5The food was phenomenal. I was looking all over this menu and was afraid to push my comfort zone on the breakfast sandwich I wanted to try. Our amazing server Serita, made the phenomenal point that between a regular ol breakfast and that sandwich there is a reason it got voted best. She was absolutely right and it was genuinely so enjoyable.
Overall our meal was amazing.
Service was amazing. -

★ 5Came here for the first time on a Sunday morning and the wait was 50 minutes but we were seated in less time than that. It was totally worth the wait. The service was excellent. The food was piping hot and fresh. The pimento cheese biscuit was to die for.

★ 5This was my first time in Baltimore and this restaurant was highly recommended by my sister.
As a creole the gumbo was spot on! Right amount of flavor and spice.
The only downside to the restaurant, if you want to call it a downside at all, is the fact that the bathrooms are located in another part of the building on another floor. No complaints other than that.
