★ 1Extremely disappointed. I ordered a medium fry and was pleasantly surprised to discover it was only filled about halfway (no fries were at the bottom of the bag) Apparently, “medium” now means “sample size.” Prices continue to rise, yet portions seem to be shrinking. If I’m paying for a medium fry, I’d love to actually receive one.

★ 1Staff at the windows was excellent. I’d rate them a 5 star. But I wouldn’t be there if I could order at the counter. MUST use a Kiosk!! Really awesome McDonalds owner!! Very helpful for my 89/91 year old parents

★ 2It's like they want to eliminate The human experience in expect everyone to use the digital screen to order the food. It was an older gentleman in the lobby standing there for about 5 minutes before someone waited on him.. when the woman brought out my food I politely attempted to let her know that this gentleman was standing here for 5 minutes waiting to place an order. She immediately gave me an attitude.. anyways I ordered a large Big Mac meal and this is the fries that I pulled out of the bag.... And after reading some of these Google reviews poor customer service and small food portions are a common practice with this place. you have to be joking

★ 1Went to the location in Newport vt. It was just about lunch time and they were already out of all the food needed to the shift. Literally no burgers, nuggets buns ... nothing. Turning people away at 1030 on a Sunday because your out of food is insane work. People were lined up sitting in the drive through for 30 min with no one informing them of what was going on.
