  I dont tend to leave fast food reviews. Its fast food after all, but this is easily one of the worst expierences ive ever had at a McDonald's. All I got was a big Mac. Ordered thru the app and asked for light Mac sauce. The receipt on top of the box literally says light sauce on it, but inside was the soggiest big Mac ive ever seen in my life, absolutely loaded with sauce. I took one bite before trashing it. I didnt think a big Mac could spoil, but this thing looks like its been sitting outside for days the taste it left on my tounge was horrific.

  I dont usually write reviews but about 20 -25 minutes for a quarter pounder meal.. 2 people in the store. Barely anyone going through the drive thru. At work, on the road thinking im getting fast food. Nope.

  This was one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I’ve had in my entire life. The manager at the front was yelling at me for no reason during a simple mobile order pickup. She was aggressive, rude, and completely uncalled for. I also saw her speaking to employees in the same harsh way. I genuinely feel sorry for the staff who have to work under that kind of treatment. Millis is a welcoming community, and this is not welcome here. Everyone deserves basic respect!!!

  Everything you'd expect from a fast food place including the negatives, but in my experience everyone who works here is extremely friendly. They even turned back on breakfast equipment for me and made my order fresh because I placed a mobile order but they didn't receive it on their end until after the cutoff.

  Ordered food for 4 people, including a med fry and a lg fry. See pictures: they look pretty much the same size (and no, they didn't come loose in the bag). Sandwich wasn't well wrapped, again, see pic). They put all the food, including a Happy Meal box, in one bag; even after the Happy Heal was taken out it couldn't be closed to keep the food warm on my trip back to the house. I worked at this same McDonald's and know the standards for bagging food, and this wasn't even close.
