  This is hands down the slowest McDonalds in the country. Been 3 times, each time I sat in the drive thru for 20+ mins.
  
  The problem is they are only taking orders 2 cars at a time. They won't take the next 2 orders until the previous 2 cars are completely gone from the drive thru. Very common to see no cars at the windows, but see 10+ cars stacked up at the ordering stage.
  
  This means they can't bulk prepare food as they always have 2 tickets max, and cooks are likely standing around between orders with 0 tickets.

  Incredibly slow service. They have a full staff inside and I still had to wait 20 mins for my food in the drive through

  I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred at the Keene, NH McDonald’s location while I was picking up multiple orders for work.
  
  When I arrived to collect the orders, the items were incorrect. I had to return through the drive-through multiple times (approximately six) to try to have the orders corrected. During this process, staff members were dismissive and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. I was told that I was “the problem” and that I should only have one order, despite the fact that im picking up multiple orders.
  
  Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I felt that I was berated and treated very poorly as a customer. This caused significant delays and created an uncomfortable and hostile situation.
  
  I am requesting that this incident be reviewed. I would appreciate an explanation of how this situation will be addressed to ensure customers and delivery drivers are treated respectfully in the future.
  
  If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this matter further and provide additional details about the incident. Police, Corporate, BBB, Lawsuit.

  If you’re craving McDonald's and thinking “fast food,” think again. This place operates like it’s hosting a slow-motion cooking show. I waited 25 minutes for a Happy Meal, fries, and two drinks, while my wife and kid went from hangry to full-blown apocalyptic. By the time our food came out, I was ready to apply for Social Security.
  
  And let’s talk accuracy: last time, I asked for a cheeseburger with ketchup only, and it turned into some kind of culinary scavenger hunt. It took three tries—THREE—to get it right. I was about ready to jump behind the counter and make it myself.
  
  Moral of the story? Pack a lunch if you come here. Maybe even bring a tent and camp out—you’ll have plenty of time. And whatever you do, check your order before leaving, or you’ll be back in line for round two of disappointment.

  WILL NEVER COME BACK ‼️nI ordered a Big Mac with a large fry and fountain drink, I had like maybe 2 or 3 fry’s and they tasted cold, I asked nicely to the cashier if I can get a new thing of fry’s because they were cold and she sighed at me. Like I’m sorry I don’t want cold fries? Finally I got my fries THEY WERE HOT🙌🏽 and she put them in a bag👏🏽 but they were ALL in a bag with none in the carton. Mind you it was slow/dead..
