  Pretty excellent breakfast spot.
  I got a breakfast skillet with a croissant. The homefried potatoes were crispy and well-seasoned. The ratio of ingredients was fantastic, and the scrambled eggs were a good texture (not cooked to death).
  
  The hollandaise sauce was split, but tasted alright. Not sure if it was just a batch that had sat for too long, or an improper ratio and they were using a mix.
  
  The croissant was perfectly toasted and still had a little chew in the middle, which is how I like it.
  
  We also tried a peach Mimosa, which was essentially just a glass of champagne. There was very little juice present and almost no peach flavor.
  
  Atmosphere/decor could use some work. Booths need a refresh. It needs some personality and character. I hate to nitpick about that, but I'm doing it because this restaurant is capable of being five stars for me, which I do not hand out willingly.
  
  I know it's 'just' a breakfast place, but it's not priced that way, so I expect a little more.
  Overall a great breakfast spot, I recommend stopping in.

  Wow! I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Maple Breakfast and Brunch this morning. We were greeted in a friendly manner and were able to get right in. Our food came fast and everything was wonderful. We had a variety of things from French toast, to veggie egg Benedict and my dad said it was the best he ever had. My husband and the Wilburn Gravy and we all had some because it was so good!
  If you’re looking for a perfect breakfast place in the casleton area check out Maple.

  Love this place. The food was great, and Scott was a great server. I highly recommend the this place for vegan and vegetarian folks, as they have loads of options. I had the Holy Veggo with poached eggs and white cheddar. It was beautiful and so good. I’ve been to a couple Le Peep locations, and this location is definitely my favorite.

  My server, ZAIRA, was so welcoming. If I could give 10 stars, I would! The food was AMAZING. I’ve never tried a Shakshuka Skillet, but this one was incredible. I went after church on Sunday, and the wait was short, but the service was excellent.

  I came here with a friend to eat brunch last Saturday. The food was lovely, the coffee spot on and our server, Scott, was everything a good server should be. We ate, talked, laughed and enjoyed delicious food on a gorgeous days. Excellent place. Open, airy atmosphere.
  
  I also noticed that they have a closed off room now where you an totes have a private meeting or a smaller event. Very nice.
