Mae’s Place is such a great spot in North Kingstown. My partner and I sat at the bar and had a wonderful experience. Kelsi was incredibly friendly, knew many guests by name, and kept the coffee topped off the entire time. Always a plus.

The restaurant was decorated for St. Patrick’s Day which made it feel festive and fun. I also love that they rotate seasonal menu items every few weeks. The staff really embraces it and it shows.

I ordered a gluten free Johnnycake with poached eggs, sausage, and hollandaise with home fries. Everything was delicious. The portions were generous and the flavors were so good that I didn’t need to add anything extra.

We both ended up taking leftovers because we were so full. Kelsi even sent me off with a to-go cup for my salted caramel iced coffee, which was such a nice touch.

They also offer a discount for cash, which is good to know.

Looking forward to coming back soon!

Busy little diner but it was worth the wait! Our server Jackie was amazing! Very attentive and fast during the rush. Food was good. Definitely give it a try for breakfast.

Outstanding food and exceptional service in a tiny little breakfast cafe. Some of the best hollandaise sauce I have ever eaten. They went out of their way to serve us and even the short wait was totally worth it. Charming staff working hard to run this place will make you feel right at home.

Get the Caprese Benedict - oh my goodness! It was excellent! Service was very good. Expect a wait to get in. The only reason I gave 4 stars for atmosphere is that the air conditioning was freezing! Even with a sweater I was very, very cold. Coffee was good, tables are close together. The food is so good and fresh. We were all had happy, full bellies.

First time trying Mae's. Was looking for a new place close to work. Cozy inside, food was good and service was great. Olivia was my server and she was pleasant and attentive. The bagels and other baked good looked delicious. Will definitely go back.
