It was my first time here and I had a good experience. It was nice and busy for a Sunday brunch. Service was nice and quick. Portions were huge. Atmosphere was nice as well. Everything was neatly organized and cleaned.

Boston cream pancakes: I got this because they ran out of crepe. This menu item was also boxed on the menu itself and that caught my eye. Idk what I was expecting for the Boston cream part but it was pretty average. Love the pancakes’ texture though. They were so soft and melted in my mouth. 6/10.

Hashbrowns: classic can’t really go wrong. 8/10.

Patty melt: It was pretty good but I’m not a big beef person. My bf really really liked it. Personally I loved the fires. They were perfectly hot, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Blueberry pancake: Out of the 2 pancakes I definitely liked this one more. There’s blueberries inside this batter and the blueberry butter was chef’s kiss. I think it would’ve been so much better if they added a bit more of the butter in between each layer of pancakes but that’s just my personal preference. 8/10.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️nMy husband and I were in Indianapolis for a concert and decided to give Lincoln Square Pancake House a try since it was just an 8-minute walk from our Airbnb. We’re so glad we did because it was the perfect brunch spot — everything exceeded our expectations!

The food was incredible — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. I ordered the Country Lady, and my husband had The Entire Farm, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, and everything came out hot and perfectly cooked.

Our server, Michelle, was amazing — polite, professional, and so attentive throughout our meal. The entire staff had such a warm, upbeat energy that made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. It felt like everyone genuinely enjoyed being there, which really added to the experience.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to walk from nearby hotels or Airbnbs. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Indy — this place is a gem!

Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. Pancakes are in the name. I wasn’t feeling it today.

It was the day before Ash Wednesday so of course I got pancakes. These fell short. Too dry and not enough fat/oil in the batter. When you need to drink coffee with every bite something is off.

The blueberry butter was a nice touch, but I could not find it in me to “love these.

Hey, the coffee and the service was great. The young lady who was at my table was great and very friendly. I enjoyed being referred to as Sweet pea.🫛nnIt was nice she offered me a coffee to go after my meal.

My husband and I were passing through Indy this morning heading to TN. I am a foodie and believe breakfast sets the tone for the rest of the day. Reviews lured me into this spot. Kyle, our server was fantastic. Details matter. First time that a server — unrequested — brought two boxes for leftovers. One for savory + one for sweet. And, two sets of utensils. Seems trivial, but the little details lend credence to how the overall business is operated. And, owner/manager took note of our request for ‘to-go’ coffees and made sure we had them just before we left. They have great coffee mugs that can be purchased, too. We will be back! PS: great 80s music playing!

Food comes crazy fast and great service. The chicken and waffles comes with a SIDE of blueberry waffles by the way. I got confused and thought it was a blueberry waffle but it’s so much better this way. Their syrup was good, waffles was even better, and the chicken itself was incredibly yummy.

Also, everyone was incredibly kind and had great service. 🫶
