★ 5My boyfriend invited me here for breakfast. I really loved the place and the atmosphere. We didn’t make a reservation in advance, and when we arrived there were no tables available, we were honestly shocked. We waited about five minutes and a couple of seats opened up at the bar.
I was surprised by how many people were there, so I highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time. The food was delicious and the coffee was great. Our total bill for two people was $85 for two coffees and two dishes. -

★ 5We stopped at Isla @ Co on our way to the airport in Palm Beach and were so glad we did. We ordered to go since we were on our way to the airport. I ordered the Regular Lemon Broccolini Orecchiette and added shrimp and avocado (worth the extra charge!). It was absolutely delicious, and the portion was very generous.
My husband had the Power Bowl with added chicken and avocado, which was fresh, flavorful, and filling. I had the iced chai latte and he had an iced green tea—both were great. You can really tell all the ingredients are high-quality and made in-house.
The vibe inside is super cool with lots of plants, and the manager even came over to check on us and see how we were enjoying everything, which made the experience even better. Everything was very clean, and even the bathrooms were top-notch.
High-quality food, great atmosphere, and excellent service. We’re really glad we stopped and would absolutely come back! -

★ 4We visited with a group of seven after being invited by friends. The food and atmosphere were both wonderful, and it’s definitely a place I’d like to come back to. The servers seemed very busy because there were not many staff working, so it was sometimes a little difficult to ask for things during the meal. But everyone was still kind and the service was good overall. We really enjoyed our dinner.

★ 3Had a decent brunch. I am Celiac however and need to point out that this restaurant incorrectly labels their menu with items as gluten free which are clearly not GF. The restaurant knows this as our server informed us that the truffle fries are cooked in a shared fryer. As such the restaurant should not label them GF. This also applies to the hash browns which our server had to check on as he was not clear if they were cooked on a grill or in the fryer. They are fried.
Our server was conscientious which I appreciated but mislabeled menu items is dangerous to those of us with Celiac or other food based health issues. The others in my party are not GF and enjoyed their meals but for Celiacs there are better options in my opinion. -

★ 5I look at food differently, technique, balance, freshness, and execution matter.
Culinary wise, Isla Co. is absolutely the right place in the West Palm Beach area. The plating is clean and thoughtful, ingredients are fresh, and there’s a great contrast of flavors and textures on the plate. You can tell there’s intention behind the menu and respect for the ingredients. And our waiter Nathan was really attentive and gave great service. From a chef’s eye, this is a solid 5 star experience. Well done.
