  Before I review anything else about the food or space, let me say that they charge for refillable fountain drinks if you change the drink. Meaning if you order a cola drink and then switch to a root beer on your refill they'll CHARGE YOU FOR 2 DRINKS. There is no signage anywhere that indicates that, and when we were shocked to discover the extra charge they acted like we were crazy and that the idea of being able to switch what we were drinking from the same refillable fountain selection was not the standard! In the end the wait staff removed the charge with a notice that this is how they operate, so at least there's that. But, on this policy alone I'm not coming back. (I didn't even come back to use my coupons for their grand opening!)nnNow for the rest of the review.
  The place is new so it's a nice, clean restaurant but there's VERY limited parking, with the spots in front being 15 minute spots. The area is also meh.
  I liked the food we ordered, there was a good amount of meat in both of our omelettes, and the egg was well cooked, the only note is that they could've used a little more cheese inside, not just sprinkled on top. I also like that they have the selection of pancake syrups out—which many in the greater Boston area don't do anymore—but we'll see how long that lasts.
  From the fruit juice fountain the orange juice was bitter and watery, so I'd order the apple or cranberry instead.

  The New IHOP in Quincy MA is beautiful 😍 the settings and atmosphere are very elegant. Sophisticated. Quiet and clean. The food was great! The price was reasonable. Thank you to the server he was very professional 👏 calm voice. He took his time to explain everything and answer our questions.

  Great experience at the new location. Our server Mara was amazing as was all of the staff my family and I encountered during our breakfast at IHOP. Thank you for the wonderful service :)

  I went there dine in at Sunday in a very rush hour with my kids. It wait for 5 minutes to get seated, but it’s worth the food are very delicious and the server is very nice. The only thing they need to improve is I waited for almost 35 minutes for my food, I understand it’s a busy Sunday but still not a excuse for people to wait for long time to get the food!

  Went to the new IHOP in Quincy and was really impressed. They have lowered the prices to a reasonable cost, the place is very clean and the food was great. I also like the fact they advertise the 55+ disount on the menu instead of having to ask for the it. All in all, it was a great experience and the Quincy IHOP will now be our go-to breakfast place.
