  Wanted a hamburger at 2am. IHOP offered it on the menu.
  The waitress was very nice and friendly. The food came out of the kitchen quickly. The coffee was hot and the food was great. It hit the spot and addressed my craving for a cheeseburger at a breakfast place.
  I would give it 5 stars, but it just does not rise to that level of cuisine.

  Booths are not big enough for larger people. I am NOT grossly obese either.
  I ordered strawberry banana pancakes which were almost dry. I asked for crispy bacon and it came burned, cold and old and definitely not crispy. I try not to ask for anything unique or specific when I'm in a restaurant. Certainly nothing made to order.
  Very disappointed. I've been here several times and everything is always been up to par but today definitely not.
  The waitress or did my drink refill slammed my drink down on the table and walked off.

  Great service! Great food! Very clean establishment and food was perfect!
  
  Highly recommend the Colorado Omelette, Steak omelette and cinnamon crepes!
  
  We even appreciated the temperature in the restaurant. It was perfect, not cold or hot. The music selection was also very nice! Loved this location!

  Pleasantly surprised. We were chiming back from the beach and needed hardy food. Our goal was met! I ordered their strawberry French toast - thick but fluffy. My little one ordered the kids French toast which was quite large, eggs, sausage.

  I tell you what! I have been here many times with my family, and in every occasion the service has been super nice, with kind and welcoming people. The food was really good once again, and the waiter was very accommodating to our requests. Breakfast always feels like home. It may not be a super sophisticated restaurant but they know how to make you feel like home. Nick was a super waiter today. Thank you.
