  This is a very nice local chain of brunch restaurants. I like their chicken fried steaks and their corned beef. My wife loves their biscuits and gravy. The patty melt is excellent and the fries are crisp on the outside and fluffy inside. The staff had always been friendly and personable.

  The food here is great I've never had a bad experience. Its always been decently crowded when we've come in and usually were seated fairly quickly. Highly recommend the HOTG Benedict its a go too. The biscuits and gravy are also really good.

  I would give Hot off the Griddle in Rocklin a zero star ⭐️ if I could. I have never had to leave a restaurant because of no service. We waited way longer than what we were told initially. Once we got in and sat down no one came to ask if we wanted any drinks/water. When we first sat down there were plenty of tables open but the staff were too busy filling the tables with customers than asking if we wanted drinks/food….I noticed we were not the only ones without drinks and still waiting as well. Because we had such a long wait to be seated we already knew what we wanted to order but unfortunately that never happened. No one ever came to even take our order. As we got up and left I told the waitress sorry we are not waiting anymore… her response was “have a nice day”! This place is not organized, not enough staff. (We saw only 2 waitresses)nDefinitely would not recommend or be returning. Wish our experience had been different.

  We've visited the Rocklin location to celebrate a birthday. The food was excellent and the place was very clean. They also have early morning specials before 8:00 where you can have breakfast for just $6.49! All three of us had a memorable meal and we were st￭ when we left there!

  I found my new favorite place for breakfast. The egg Benedict was amazing, and the biscuits with gravy were perfect. Unfortunately, idk the waitresses' name, but she was awesome. Will be back on my next cheat day. 🤪
