★ 5Oh wow, what a gem! I drive by this place everyday and so glad I finally stopped by today. Clean laidback old style diner atmosphere. Greeted by some of the regulars, very friendly. Food was great, generous portions and delicious. Look around and you feel like you are going back in time, slowing it down for a change. Chatting with Dave and his regulars made it a great start for the day! See you again next time :)

★ 5I love that place. Dave and Pam are so lovely. Feels like my mom’s cooking. The place reminds me of the restaurants back in the day. Nothing has changed. A lot of people knew each other and talked from one table to another and exchanged stories. Very warm atmosphere. And well priced. Loved Pam’s fraps.

★ 5The food is well made, classic diner fare. Dave makes a corned beef hash to die for; the best we've ever had.

★ 5★★★★★ The Gold Standard of Breakfast!
If you are searching for authentic, soul-satisfying breakfast perfection, stop looking and head directly to The Holliston Grill. I am still dreaming about the masterpiece that was their homemade corned beef hash omelet.
Let's be clear: this isn't your standard, out-of-a-can hash. This is the real deal. From the first bite, you can taste the quality and care that goes into it. The corned beef is tender, savory, and perfectly seasoned, mixed with just the right amount of potato. It's the kind of hash legends are made of.
The omelet itself was a work of art—enormous, fluffy, and cooked to a perfect golden yellow, generously st■ with that incredible hash and gooey, melted American cheese. My friend’s omelet, with sharp cheddar, looked just as divine. Every single bite was a perfect combination of fluffy egg, savory meat, and melted cheese.
And don't even get me started on the home fries! They were the ideal companion: beautifully browned and crispy on the outside, tender and fluffy on the inside. They are clearly made on a well-seasoned griddle, not just thrown in a fryer.
The Holliston Grill is an absolute gem. It’s a classic spot where the food is the star, and they deliver on every single level. This isn't just a meal; it's an experience. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Do yourself a favor and go get this omelet!
