  Best sandwiches on the Islands! Great homemade bread and fresh ingredients. Highly recommend the Vermonter - add bacon - and you have a Church St classic - the Red Onion!

  We last visited this place in 2010. It left such a positive impact that if we were ever to visit North Hero, we would stop here. Fifteen years later, we stopped here again with our now young adult children and the place did not disappoint. New owners since we last been there so some changes have been made but still a great place for a sandwich, baked goods and other types of shopping. Even visited Building 3 in the back for more shopping. Walked across the street to eat with a dream view and stunning weather. In 2010, they had more baked goods for sale and a much larger wine area, the baked good section is much smaller and they still have a good assortment of wine but in a smaller space. So happy we got to visit again.
