★ 4Food and service was good. Wait staff was very plesent. However very surprised at post payment. Was confronted and heard that 'the owner will be concerned', based off the tip amount we left.
Likely will not be visiting Concord again, but just an alert for others.
Wishing you a better lasting experience than we had. -

★ 5Helen’s Restaurant is a true gem in the heart of Concord. It has that wonderful small-town diner feel — cozy, friendly, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The food is absolutely delicious and served with genuine care, the kind that makes you feel like a regular even on your first visit. Everything we ordered came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor, and the service was just as warm.
What makes this spot even more special is where it’s located. Concord is steeped in American history — from the first battles of the Revolution to the literary legends who called it home. Sitting at Helen’s feels like being part of that timeless story, right in the center of a town where history and community meet. It’s the kind of place you want to come back to again and again -

★ 5Sweet, charming little diner with good food and good service. We arrived around 11, and there was no wait to be seated, which was nice.

★ 4The coffee deserves 0 stars. Look at how diluted it is in the photos. But the morning quesadilla and Santa Fe omelette were really good. Will go back for sure.

★ 5What a great spot! We found this based on previous reviews. We were not disappointed. Sit at the counter to watch the crew in action. Chatted with Greg, who is the son of the owners. He's been working there since age 9. Loved the atmosphere. Clean bathrooms. Yes, I do check these things. Husband had the Pastrami and corned beef combo, I had the tuna melt with homemade coleslaw. It wasn't hats to twist our arms for a slice of his mother's homemade apple pie and blueberry pie, ala mode of course. So st■, worth it. This was our first time to Concord.
