★ 5Excellent breakfast buns and friendly service. Got the haymaker breakfast sandwich (egg, cheese, and savory bun of the day was a mushroom prosciutto bun) and an OG cinnamon bun. Such a great sweet & savory combo!

★ 4I had the shakshuka tart. I appreciated the uniqueness of this menu item. You order at the counter and they bring it to you. There are only a few tables. It is part of an old soda bottling plant and there are many other businesses in the warehouse.

★ 5I have made special trips for the amazing selection of sweet and savory buns at Haymaker. Particularly excited this family owned business is in the South End at the Soda Plant. I also love their first location in Middlebury. You don’t want to snooze on getting a fresh bun or have a breakfast sandwich made with their buns. I enjoy their coffee and many other items they offer.
Service is friendly, prompt and food is well executed.
Excellent place to meet a friend for breakfast or lunch before 2. -

★ 5Lemme tell you...I never write reviews on businesses....hardly ever. But I'm writing this one immediately. Haymaker is on one! That's the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had! Good lord..stop what you are doing right now, go down to Pine street and order the OG Monte Cristo....and this coffee in my hand... Oh lawd!!! You cant find Cadbury mini eggs in any stores right now for easter...but you can find 3 of them on top of the Funfetti cupcake at Haymaker. Place smells amazing, staff was awesome, especially the boss guy in the back making sure everything was perfect. Can't wait to bring my girlfriend. Keep up the good work. Taboot. MT

★ 1I have been to haymaker Burlington and middlebury- both locations are great with quality food. The low star rating is for ordering online. The Burlington location does not have a secure process or approach in how they will have your online order secured for when you pick up, as someone else will take your order as it occurred for me this past Memorial Day weekend. I received a refund 24 hours later and Chloe was helpful in doing so, yet I spent about $20, drove to Burlington location to have zero product to pick up or even be offered to replace my order in that day or for another day, for time lost. Order online guarantees you a 50/50 gamble on whether your breakfast plans for you or your family actually come through. A better system is recommended, and the customer service approach in having me be a returning customer was a fail. For now, I’ll either be going to other places that have haymaker buns that are closer to where I live, where the efforts are more appreciated, until this location can tidy up management of online orders or feel more appreciated in the middlebury location where employees are more informative, helpful, and understand customer service.
