This small-scale breakfast and lunch spot delivers big on flavor and creativity! The menu is unique and thoughtfully put together, with dishes that go beyond your typical breakfast fare. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You can tell they take pride in both the quality of their ingredients and the presentation.
The portions are generous, and the tiny dishes they serve the condiments in are absolutely adorable! The loose leaf tea is served in a glass press that is guaranteed to impress!
Anticipate a wait, but it's absolutely worth it. While waiting, enjoy watching the small planes coming and going on the runway from the fenced in outdoor area. There is also a small waiting area downstairs in the lobby of the flight school with a small selection of toy planes to purchase.
If you’re in Chatham and looking for a delicious, memorable breakfast or lunch, Hangar B Eatery is absolutely worth a visit!

We saw a post about Hangar B online and decided to check it out for breakfast. So glad we did. It was a wonderful experience and we look forward to bringing family and friends when they visit.
Hangar B is tucked away in the upper floor at the Chatham Municipal airport. It has seating both outside and inside. The atmosphere is very friendly and comfortable. I personally appreciated the clean lines with all the serving/dining ware.
Our meals were delicious and so filling that I took most of my potatoes home to enjoy later. I had the Eggs Benedict and my husband had the braised beef short rib Benedict. Both were so filled with flavor. The hollandaise sauce had the perfect little kick to it.
The service was very good, staff was very friendly.
It was the perfect way to start our day.
Go early as it fills up fast.

Come for the food and to meet the amazing owner, Tracy! Came here because we saw that it was highly rated. There was a bit of a wait and initially I wanted to leave to somewhere else, but glad I stayed! Watching the planes takeoff helped pass by the time. The food was delicious, fresh, and large portions. This place has started my strawberry jam era, their fresh jams were so good. Would easily go back.

Really unique brunch experience with great food and a cool view! We came an hour after opening and were told we would have to wait 45 minutes. We ended up only waiting 15 but sat outside on a chilly morning. We got to see some planes land, the kids loved that!

The food was delicious and so filling. The fresh squeezed orange juice definitely tasted fresh. The chocolate croissant French toast was very rich. The chorizo omelette was so flavorful. The potato donut was a bit dense but was good to share and try. We loved the lemon curd.

Would recommend to a family that loves planes and wants to eat at an airport!

Awesome and unique place. Got the French toast and pilots breakfast - both excellent and hit the spot.

Watched planes take off and land, providing an excellent backdrop to a fun breakfast.

Get here early (8:30 or earlier) if you don’t want to wait too long, but even by then there were tons of families waiting. By the time we left (~9:45) the wait was over an hour.

Would come back here again and again if we could
