  I’ve been coming to Grandma's kitchen since about when it opened decades ago. It’s always been a family favorite, with everyone looking forward to breakfast there when we come up to our place on Forest Lake. The food is remarkably good for such a tucked away little place and it’s always been a good value. New owners have maintained the vibe and if anything improved the food. The service has always been efficient and friendly and it’s clear the owner has made that a priority. This a true NH gem.

  Stopped here for breakfast while staying in a nearby cabin and it was totally worth the 20 minute drive! All the food our family of 4 got was delicious and loved the NH maple syrup! Service was very friendly and quick as well. Only minor complaint is that it can be pricey as a lot of items are additional charges (like $2 for a small container of NH maple syrup) so the bill can add up quickly. But it's all worth it, so I definitely recommend coming here if you are staying in the area!

  Entering this place is like taking a wonderful step back into time! Very 40's n 50's nostalgic feel! Great retro music and accessories decorate the interior. Pleasant staff, very accommodating. Menu has plenty to choose from and the dishes are fantastic! I barely have to wait to be seated each time I visit. Best part, I leave with a full stomach. Grandma's Kitchen is a gem of a place that's worth the visit. Go ahead and try them out. You'll thank me later

  We finally made it to Grandma’s Kitchen in northwestern Wakefield, NH after a friend’s recommendation—and wow, it was nothing short of amazing! 🙌nnWe thought we’d have to wait forever to get in on a Sunday morning (it’s that popular!), but they sat us right away. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere cozy, and the food… absolutely unforgettable.
  
  Their daily specials are so creative—where else can you find a meatloaf scramble or pie on top of waffles (yes, blueberry pie or apple crisp pie on top—pure genius 🍎🫐🧇🥧)?
  
  If you’re ever in the area, I highly recommend stopping in. It’s one of those hidden gems that makes you feel right at home. 💙

  Great meal and atmosphere was down home and very comfortable. Staff was great, cook came out to make sure everything was good and it was better than good!! Will be back here on our next trip to NH, from VT
