  This is my first time come to this place , it’s really nice and very big space .
  I see a lot of foods choices and I can’t not wait to came back for just breakfast time .
  I went at dinner time , and I let just say I eat so much food .
  Some stuff I left cuz it didn’t tasted as good like I thought , but some other stuff was delicious.
  If you love stakes u definitely should try some of them out.
  They also have a lot of different kind of dessertsnI was really excited about that cuz I m a sweet tooth kind of person.

  The service was good , the food wasn't up to par taste wise and the rolls were hard. Happy to see they utilize fresh steaks for dinner.

  The manager is rude. The food is bland, cold, soggy, no options oh I’m sorry 15 items or less. But paid 72.70$ for three people at 11:31am on Saturday. The price wasn’t the issues if the food was going to be the quality it’s supposed to be, or if the options were more than 5 proteins 2 fried fish, 1 fried chicken, 1 meat loaf, baked fish. Like come on. Who wants cold lumpy potatoes as a side or soggy fries that tasted freezer burnt. The manger said even though 2 people didn’t eat the food and 1 person did I wouldn’t get a refund because we still touched the food I said okay. I’ll pay for 1 meal and the drinks. I ended up walking out no refund. And didn’t eat. Update. No one reached out.

  On 01/02/2026 My brother wanted to go out to lunch at Golden Corral In Springfield Ma on Boston Rd. I hadn't been in over 10 years. I couldn't wait! Golden Corral was my go to when I went out to eat years ago. I drove from Hartford CT. To meet up with my brother for lunch. I went to use the bathroom before getting my food. Once I opened the door a horrible swamp/sewage smell was the 1st thing that hit me when i opened the door. Once looking around I didn't bother using the bathroom because it was very unsanitary and the toilet seats were hanging off towards one side the floor was wet and the sink was filthy! I had to wipe my feet on the way out of the bathroom. It pretty much made me lose my appetite. And it was a major disappointment. I couldn't wait to eat but all I could think of is what does the back of the restaurant look like where the food is prepared. Especially if the bathroom that their customers used looked the way it did. I could see all the great items and many choices they had to choose from. Everything looked nice. Lunch was being set out and the options were great! Great salad bar great items to choose from but i couldn't stop thinking about the food and how it was prepared so I didn't eat much. I decided to grab something at the desert bar that had several great items to choose from. When i was at the desert area I happen to glance down at the floor behind the desert bar and saw a few people vigorously pushing a brush in and out of something that looked like a fan for the kitchen. While they were doing that the dirt and black lint was flying all around the deserts. I was in shock! Especially when they looked up at me and continued to clean this fan of some sort. I couldn't believe it actually. I would say for me this time it was not worth my drive or the money I spent because of the bathroom and the cleaning of the fan so close to the food they could have touched a cake. You would think that would be something that needed to be done before setting out the food or would have been done In the back and away from the desserts. Sadly this time was not what I expected especially since Golden Corral used to be very clean with nice employees. The only person who said something was the cashier and the waitress.

  Outgoing telephone message about prices says $12.99 Lunch Monday through Sunday. They need to update since on 3/1 it was $18.99 before taxes. Told onsite manager. He said weekend breakfast was $12.99 but lunch and dinner were $18.99.
  Food was great especially on a Sunday with after-church crowd.
