★ 3Decent comfort-style food. Small parking lot area, kind of crowded, otherwise good service and good portion sizes. My husband and I tried the veggie omelette, a steak omelette each with home fries and comes with sliced bread and butter. And also the munchy plate of fried food. I personally enjoyed the mozzarella sticks, they were thick and cheesy. Will hopefully try something different next time. Love supporting local businesses. :)

★ 5The waitress was extremely friendly. We enjoy coming up to Maine and enjoying the food. The only downside is that you leave full all day. The prices are great and the atmosphere makes you feel like you are home. Nice local spot for breakfast!

★ 5We arrived at 11:45 am on a rainy Sunday and the place was pretty busy. This is a seat-yourself kind of a place and most tables have a quick turn. The waitress was very friendly and quickly took our order.
We ordered a haddock sandwich (make sure to ask for lettuce and tomato otherwise it’s just the haddock and buns), a BLT, a grilled cheese, an SOS special (sausage over a biscuit, smothered in gravy, 2 eggs and home fries - a lot of food!), and a haddock chowder (the chowder is more watery than creamy and more towards the bland taste) -

★ 5A local diner in a locals neighborhood with local clientele. From the outside, the feint of heart might be troubled. Inside, you find a clean and carefully kept restaurant which is comfortable and familiar to those of us who love diners.
I'd call Jessica a waitress but she seems to do everything up front while serving tables and greeting customers by name. She doesn't shout orders to Chris in the back because a closer look shows the discrete modernized setup this old place holds.
The food was fresh, hot and well prepared. They're not trying to impress you with fancy, just give you a great breakfast that's worth the money you pay. -

★ 5When we arrived, about an hour after they opened, we were greeted by a smiling waitress. The place was busy, however, she kept smiling and waited on the whole place herself. A second waitress arrived after a bit. Both ladies were pleasant.
The food was delicious. The coffee was good and strong. Prices were reasonable. We would definitely eat there again.
